The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff was great! I also liked the pool and pool deck. The location was excellent as it was close to the airport and the places I need to get to. I was not in Fort Myers for a beach vacation. I could also walk to a couple restaurants.

It would have been nice if there would have been an actual person at the front desk. The breakfast could have been better. The cereals I tried were stale. The only fruit available was apples.

The location was close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. There was a nice nature area as the window view, and the room was quiet.

Check-in was done via a video camera in the lobby. It appeared to be outsourced. There was a sign saying that there was a person working at the hotel, but I didn't see them. While I have used other hotels without staff present, they are usually a much lower price point. It really set a different tone as reception is the first impression at a hotel.

Obviously change management is going on which scared me at first. But they are doing great The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast lady was a sweet heart and the cleaners were incredibly nice and professional. The check in kiosk reps were awesome

I honestly can't think of one single thing that I did not like about this hotel. I am a business man who has stayed in over hundreds of hotels from four seasons to rits Carlton. I can't express more that I'm genuinely saying this place is top notch.

Super convenient to the airport, tons of restaurants and fast food, grocery stores, shopping, and gas stations. The room’s air conditioning is nice and crisp, and the room was clean when I came in. Bed was comfortable. Very affordable for the price, quiet, and safe.

I don’t like digital kiosks when checking in, but that is purely a personal preference and I understand why hotels use them. I just don’t like them because I prefer in-person communication.

The hotel was pleasant and reasonably priced. The system for checking in is somewhat frustrating and would prefer the front desk was manned. I don’t believe it is fair to pay for the stay on arrival if the hotel is also going to hold a deposit on my credit card. If they insist on the credit card hold then the payment should come out on check out not check in

The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby for needed items. This hotel was quiet, and we had no trouble falling asleep after traveling

The pillows in the room were small and flattened out as soon as you laid down. I would have requested more, but I was exhausted. The breakfast provided you have to cook for yourself and that just wasn't working for us. Luckily, there was a cracker barrel .down the road from us that was delicious.

The hotel including our room, the lobby area, the grounds, and the pool area were all very clean and well maintained. The hotel seemed to be pretty full which was expected since its "busy season" but it was very quiet throughout our stay which was appreciated! We have stayed at other places at this time of year and they can a bit hectic with spring break folks. The kiosk check-in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great for what I was doing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, I would have liked a hot meal other than waffles but it did the trick. The breakfast staff was very kind and helpful.

I would have liked to check in with an actual person. The idea of a virtual check in would be great during times of a busy check in. I did need to use the virtual person when my key card would not work and the desk was not manned.

The room was exceptionally clean and the window treatments block out all light. There’s both a desk and a small table as well as a fairly large couch. We have stayed at this facility before. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak to that or others concerns about their offerings. He k in is on a kiosk which people don’t seem to like but you are face to face with an attendant and it’s extremely easy - no different than check in at the front desk. If you’ve zoomed or use FaceTime you won’t notice a difference. We believe this hotel deserves a higher rating than “good”. We don’t care for Days Inn facilities and never stay at them but this location is an exception. It’s a little pricey but all hotels are.

The room was nice, huge! Condition of the room was good and clean. I liked the toiletries and plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was fine. I liked that they had a little workout room.

I think the one thing about this that I didn't like was that the workout room was tiny. There were no towels or wipes to clean equipment before and after using. Also the three pieces of cardio equipment were in bad shape. Breakfast options the day we were there were lacking. I had a much better breakfast in both Amelia Island and Anna Maria Island during our trip.
