I enjoyed and loved the mineral spring spa on the premises. The decor, the shower, and the cleanliness were all appreciated. The air conditioning was great. The fridge and microwave were appreciated. The room rate was great.

Toilet roll holder coming away from its wall fixtures. There were no in-room coffee making facilities except for a microwave, but there was no instant coffee or disposable cups to use it for coffee or tea. Some of the interior poorly finished or incomplete. There is no place to hang clothing, eg, no wallor back of door hooks,r hanging rack, or clothes hangers. Double desk lamp not working. A comfortable relaxing room chair would have been nice.

Great location and easy to find and right on the 41 which made coming and going really easy. The property had a lake next to it which was really nice to see nature. Also there was a fun cool bar behind the hotel which was always really quiet but made for a nice place to meet people. The rooms were clean and perfect.

The pool seemed not well taken care of and the garden area out back wasn’t very clean and well care for either.

It was in a good location. I like the tiki bar that was in walking distance behind the motel.

The air conditioner leak to water inside the room and also made a lot of noise. The free breakfast was terrible.. and the so-called smoking area really needed to be cleaned up a lot of LG and nasty stuff in the round pool

The staff were very nice and seemed pleased that we had chosen to stay. The room was in good condition. Breakfast was ok, although the eggs were not to our liking. But that's a personel choice. The attached Mexican eatery was good value and tasty. There is a Tikki bar out back where the locals gather, it's very nice and they are as always very chatty and friendly.

It's a typical older style Motel which has been updated quite a bit. The new mattresses although comfortable, were still in their plastic wrappers!! Also being a hot Country, there was too much bedding which was sorted by removing excess items. It can be a little noisy both because of the nearby traffic and people talking loudly outside. Both of these things cannot be put on the Motel which for the price was very good.

OK TRICKY ONE we are OAPs traveling LOTS AND LOTS around the world, this is a florida tour,may 2023 and this was just a stop over night, BUT the hotel has new owners and they have tryed very hard to upgrade and referbish the rooms which are very good new floors, bed, walls vanity area , and paint, we gave constructive comment as experiance hotel travelrs, that the bath neede changing , and the mirrors and paintings need hanging, and the sun rise through the windo on the east side so the room needed blackout blinds, or supply sunglsses, lol, but this DID NOT WORRY USE AT ALL, they are trying, breakfast was ok too 7/10, once the rooms are finished this is a short stop over place only, 1/2 nights only , pool is good but right next to a outside texan bar food, who can see you, wife felt out of place, but kids will love it, bar food is good too and liverly evenings

nothing really, so its not fair to comment, once referb is done it will be an adiquet place to stop ovr, and $100 doller deposit is a bit steep but you get it back once you return door card and room is ok, which they did check over

The room was very clean and the hotel has a great little bar attached. The springs were cool but its a sulfur spring so a little stinky.

Breakfast not the best. Not much selections- toast and eggs, and the eggs were a little on the rotten side.

The room was redone very clean and comfortable

They could have had the outside of the facilities cleaned up a lot more it looked a little trashy and especially around the pool and also they did not start their breakfast until 7:00 in the morning wish they would have started a lot earlier because a lot of us was gone by 7:00

Private. Comfortable beds. Proximity to food and amenities.

Breakfast was disappointing. Poor selection.

Surprisingly comfortable beds! AC worked well. Loved having a refrigerator in the room.

Would have liked a microwave--but in all fairness did not ask at desk if any available.

It was quiet. But there was an awesome Tiki bar out back. Open til I think 2am. But you could not hear that bar when you were in your room.

Breakfast was lacking.
