Breakfasts were good . Staff did not bring towels, bathmats and toilet papers for our last night stay

A family of 10 Mexican immigrants were dropped off at the lobby of the hotel for breakfast on our Sunday March 18 morning. The Mexican working staff assisted the family into one of the bedroom hotel room. We think it is very unusual to have 10 people in one hotel room. And believe that the hotel management is unaware of this situation. We hope you resolve this problem before we decide to stay at your hotel in the future thanks. Dave and Nancy

the fact they posted that we should not get some apples or whatever remainder from breakfast- the breakfast is very cheap, we get in the room to eat some things from the common diner; breakfast has only sweet stuff, caffeinnated tea- we would need fruit teas ,and some proteic food (omlete, eggs, turkey /vegan sausages, ricotta cheeese) grilled veggies and potatoes ; even cheaper we would prefer an in person receptionist than a tele one

The front desk real person was delightful. I appreciate the offer of a drink and popcorn at check-in. It was conveniently located for our travels. We were passing through.

It was the funniest thing! We were greeted at the front desk by a friendly young lady who directed us to, the only way I know how to describe it, an ATM like device that had a screen with a person who checked us in, and then out the next day. We are pretty sure it was a real person in the live video. We had never seen that before.

The bed was very comfortable, what i didn't like was talking to a screen, that to me was weird, it's like talking to a robot, you need that person contact, not a screen that some guy welcomes you into the hotel and gives you the keys out of a box, and checking out the guy talks to you on the screen and says have a nice day. Just not normal.

When I check into a hotel I like to have a warm body at the front desk not someone on a screen who is god knows where. The pool was not available due to work being done which we only saw workers one day while there.Also, we were locked out of our room even though we had two more days to stay. The cleaning staff was very good at keeping our room clean.

I had to have a surgical procedure at Radiology Regional, ( I am involved with a clinical drug trial, and need to have a biopsy evey yr.) which is a half block away from this hotel. When I booked my room, I added a note that I would be recovering for 24 hours after the procedure and was to be on bed rest. If it was possible, I needed to be on the 1st floor and as the procedure was for 10am, I might need an early check-in, around 2pm. In my confirmation letter for the booking, they responded that they would try to accommodate my request. I got to the hotel a little before 2pm and Mr Patel checked me in, and said that there was no problem with checking me in a little early and I had my choice of where on the first floor I wanted to stay (facing the pool courtyard, facing the street and/or closer to the exterior door). I have stayed here before, and will continue to stay at this Baymont Hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and on the larger size. Also have a hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in each room. Good continental breakfast in the morning (with a waffle maker).

There is nothing that I didn't like, and they have been doing improvements to the property since I was last here a year ago.

This is a decently priced hotel for the area and what you’re getting. We have friends and family nearby so we’ve stayed here a few times now. The pool was pretty clean considering it storms every single day in the summer and things are constantly being blown around.

They need to fix or replace the elevator door. The sensor doesn’t work very every well and every person in my group had the door close right on them at least once during our two-night stay. Just be careful around the elevator with your kids.

The room was great, very clean. The staff was great too.

We do not like checking in with a machine. It’s very impersonal. He did not smile and at times he was hard to understand. We did have a real person to check out with, she was very nice and had a wonderful smile.

The front desk woman her name liona or something close to that but when i telll you excellent customer aervice she went above and beyond to help m me get checked in and my grandaughters and son say its a very nice clean and that she always welcomes them with a smile thank you sooooo much for helping my family feel welcome and safe and thats spmeone who loves there job

It was nice to see that the hotel was getting some much needed construction done.

The hotel was run a little too efficiently, I felt like everything was rushed to get me out. Housekeeping knocking and asking before 1030am. Everything locked up right on the dot when breakfast ended. I mean it was a pleasure trip/stay. I was in no hurry to leave. But had to get breakfast another place.
