The staff there were phenomenal. We were there due to hurricane Milton. They could not have been anymore accommodating during a highly stressful time. The Hilton should definitely recognize them for an outstanding job!

Booking.com is horrible, and they double charge me. I had to get management involved to get a refund, and the lady didn't want to give me a refund from Booking.com. I will not use your service again. One unsatisfied customer

- The floor is carpeted - The window only allows about 2 or 3 feet of sunlight; the rest is blocked by a wall, making the room feel a bit darker - The room is small for two queen beds

Personally I did not stay there I rented the room for my sons we put my mother their grandmother to rest. They said the breakfast was decent room was comfortable quiet good location.

Location!, next to I75, near to restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet environment.

One elevator was out of service.

You need new mattresses. My bed sagged so much that I did not get a comfortable sleep. We were very please with the rest of the facility

Room was clean and nicely set, free breakfast, comfortable bed, bathroom was well stocked, shower gel shampoo conditioner in big bottles.
