Simple place, with everything one needs for some days in Naples. Clean, large rooms, nice pool area, nice and competent staff. It’s great really.

For a European it’s very shocking the amount of plastic waste hotels in the US generate at breakfast. I would encore this chain to take the lead, visit some EU hotels, copy them and introduce in their US hotels recycled materials for plates, silverware, glasses, etc …

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way from Orlando to the Everglades. We made the reservation while on the road, just 15 minutes before arrival – no issues with check-in, and the the front desk staff member was very kind – greetings to him! :) The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and in a very good location – and not for a fortune! Our stay included breakfast – a typical American one, which is hard to evaluate from a European perspective. :) We definitely recommend staying at this hotel:)

Everything was OK.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff! Large clean room with kitchen and large refrigerator, clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed, many receptacles for charging devices. There is everything you need for relaxation. There are movie channels and many other channels for everyone. The pool and Jacuzzi are a very pleasant and beautiful place under the palm trees, with pool towels at the front desk. There is a gym with bicycles and treadmills. Very good variety of hot breakfasts, fruits, yogurt, types of bread, you can make your own waffles. Various varieties of tea, coffee, cream, jams, butter and a lot of everything for a good breakfast. There are many restaurants near the hotel, you can walk there. We highly recommend this hotel.

I need to stay a night in Naples becasue of memorial service. I booked the room through the booking.com and got the room at some crazy price, I do not know if it was a mistake or glitch but using booking.com saved me over $200!!! The hotel has a nice pool area and hot tub, great to meet and find new friends.:) The room was quiet and cool and got right to sleep for early morning departure. I was told breakfest would not be ready untill 7am on Saturday. To my surprise, at "O Damn :30" on the Saturday morning I was departing, there was hot coffee fruit,juice, toast and bagels. The early breakfest worked forme and it was pleasant shock.

The hotel was pretty full and the wifi in the room was kinda slow, went to the lobby and it was fine... The hot water pressure in the bath tub in my room was low but it worked for me.

Location close to just about everything if you have a car. I liked having a kitchen in my room. Breakfast was great.

Pool temperature cold. Housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement - ladies were very nice but would ignore the “I’m staying in” sign and knock on door at 8:30am anyways. One time they walked right in without even knocking. Beds are ok but the mattress cover kept dislodging from mattress and I would have to fix it at least once every night. Pillows are lumpy.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean . Great location , quiet with a beautiful pool area.

I reserved this hotel with a cancellation policy of being able to cancel by 6 pm on the day of the reservation and stated in the confirmation. But three days later received a message with a change in the policy to 48 hours prior reservation date. Fortunately we had no problems and did not need to cancel our reservation but that was not right

We loved everything about this hotel! Excellent friendly staff, lots of facilities like basketball and pickleball pitch, a big and calm swimming pool. We could rest so well and enjoy Naples which is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Very comfy beds, everything was very clean. We loved the social event on Wednesday with free beers and snacks - it was fun!

While our room needed updating, it was comfortable and spacious. We loved the happy hour and free breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Carol at the desk was very pleasant to work with.

Pool towels need replacing and the pool was cold, we were hoping for it to be heated. Our seating in the livingroom had stains. Housekeeping services only came once every three days and while it was advertised as having luxury products (Dove) their size only accommodated one guest for one day.

The look of the hotel. Felt like a trip to Europe. The breakfast was great! Beds were very comfy. Pool was cold but hot tub was hot! Parking was good. Location great, nearby restaurants and spas. Good value for money. Kid friendly. Happy hour on Wednesdays 5-7pm, provides a meal. Friendly staff.

We were extremely kindly welcomed. It was my wife's and aunt's birthday and Suzan from the front desk as extremely nice and kind to gift them with a bottle of a delicious wine. This is the kind of experience that makes all difference. When going back to Naples, we are definetly satying at Hawthorn again. Besides, all the staff were incredibly nice!

Breakfast could last a little longer, however, everything was excellent. Besides that, I cannot think of anything that we did not like!
