While not an ultra luxury or beachfront property it is in a great location close to the beach and is a great value with lots of nice amenities and conveniences, as well as a great staff- Richard the night clerk in particular!

The pool water was a bit cold - heated a little would have been better, and maybe a hot tub. Also an ice machine on the first floor.

Pool was nice, Loved the Tiki bar and the multiple food/restaurant options.

Breakfast could have been better with more options. If they had actual waiters/ waitresses taking drink orders by the pool instead of going up to the bar to order drinks it would have made a great difference. Also need a sign at both ends of the bar asking to wait to be seated by hostess (and the hostess needs to stay there )So many people kept jumping ahead of us by sitting down at open tables while we were waiting. Hostess was a bit rude. Bar staff was amazing trying to keep up with as many people as there were for the holiday weekend. (St Patty's)

Pool Excellent, This time I didn't have breakfast because I was only there for one day, but I've always liked their breakfast, I have been visiting this hotel for many years and this is the first time I have seen a dirty room. I took the child there and he was barefoot and his feet were in horrible condition and it did not look clean.

Room Cleaning

Room was clean but furniture was a bit dated, Harold's restaurant was amazing and staff were fantastic, friendly and outgoing. Location is in a great place to reach all popular locations.

Rooms on the outside are loud, car lights parking in your room, brake lights and a lot of noise- I would ask for an inside room for the cost per night to stay. I was told none were available but highly doubtful as as I also stayed during a weekday night.

We stay here 4 or 5 times a year. 2 restaurants, a wonderful bar area also with food, and a great pool area! Excellent location in the heart of Naples and a great value! Staff is always very friendly!

Rooms are becoming a little dated.

The location was excellent, it seems like they are starting to spruce up but not quite there yet.

I was a bit disappointed in the rooms. They seemed a bit tired and in need of some refreshing. Also the outside railing and stairs could use some sprucing up.

There were was a cool Tiki Bar & restaurants on-site, very nice atmosphere. The Front desk person was very polite, upbeat & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very very firm & the toilet made a horrific squeal when flushed but the atmosphere outside of the room made up for those inconveniences.

The hotel is a little gem. Beds were comfortable. Tiki bar was great as well as the food. Bartender's were very attentive fun.

The bathroom configuration. They have a somewhat kitchen set up but nothing to utilize it. One mirror and sink is part of kitchen. Toilet fan was rapidly dying.

Everything! Great location and wonderful grounds and pool area. Harold's Place is always a plus when staying here! A little hidden gem in the heart of Naples, virtually unchanged for 40+ years!

The room was a little dated but still very comfortable. We like our room cool and the a/c ran constantly and a little loud.
