We liked the comfortable room and the pool area, also the location was great. It is a beautiful hotel

Visiting from Europe it is quite shocking how much plastic is wasted in hotel. All the plastic wear at breakfast, coffee cups could totally be avoided. 2 plastic bottles per guest every day could be replaced by filtered water etc. Beautiful state of Florida simply needs to pay more attention to sustainability

No umbrellas on the sunbeds around the pool, breakfast was very disorganised at times when it was busy, no plates or cutlery, seems nobody was in charge , expensive parking

The customer service was excellent!! The ladies at the reception were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They let us store our luggage while we went to the beach until our room was ready. I didn’t sleep well the first night due to the street (cars) noise. I discovered the next day the balcony door was broken inviting in street noise. I notified the front desk receptionist who kindly switched our room. I requested a room away from the street which she was able to offer us. Glad to say I slept so well the following nights! Our room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was a nice touch for snack prep (even had silverware and pans etc). The pool area is relaxing (despite the noise from the airplanes flying over). Great location- 5 minutes from downtown and the beach!

The noise of the airplanes going over the hotel. I did not like the high $ daily parking charge yet it was clear in the booking website details to be expected if you have a vehicle. You were also notified at the front desk of daily parking fee (so no surprise at check out).

Excellent comfortable hotel within half hour walk to the beach and right on 5th avenue which is always a great place. Staff very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Rooms were outstanding and very modern. Breakfast was very good with good choices for all. Pool very clean and a fantastic view over the bay. Excellent hotel.

Car park charges a little pricey but very convenient having to park on the same floor you're actually staying in. Using the room key to open the barrier in and out is a great way to access the parking garage.

We requested a water side view room, a few days before we arrived. We were staying for 13 nights and it was important to us to have that outlook. We weren't disappointed. The room was great, the view , excellent. The complementary breakfast was also excellent. Great food choice every morning. Staff were all amazing. We will be back

The WiFi was a bit patchy outside of the rooms. Example, the balcony. That could be improved. but everything else was great.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt House. We loved it so much the 1st time we stayed and couldn't wait to return for a longer period. We even requested and got the same room because we loved it so much. This hotel doesn't disappoint. It is always clean. All of the staff are very kind and attentive. The location is perfect and close to everything... restaurants, beach, shopping. The pool is amazing, especially for the kids. We can't wait to return again next year!

The only downfalls I can really think of are the food is quite expensive and they are often short staffed in the bar/restaurant area. So we just go downtown to eat. And also, there were a few times that they would run out of pool towels, and it took quite a while to bring some. We would just end up using our beach towels that we brought ourselves. And it wasn't even busy. So that was strange.

The hotel is lovely, we had a great room overlooking the water. It was very spacious with a super king bed, corner sofa, breakfast bar area and well appointed small kitchen if you wanted it. The bathroom was nice and so were the toiletries. The bed amazing. Breakfast was good too.

The pool was sadly closed for cleaning which is completely understandable. However we weren't advised in advance which annoyed me as I wasn't able to use it for the 2 day stay and had I known would have booked elsewhere this time. We were given a refund for parking for the 2 nights which was something, but I wish I had known.

The hotel is conveniently located on 5th Avenue, making it an excellent choice for exploring and enjoying Naples' downtown area. As expected from a Hyatt property, the amenities, rooms, and overall quality are superior to many other hotels. The staff was also very amiable.

However, there were a couple of downsides. I was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the room rate; it should be standard at a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet Hyatt's usual standards. The use of disposable cutlery, the limited food options, and the insufficient seating made for a less-than-ideal experience, especially considering the number of guests.

Great Breakfast - expensive but a lovely hotel and the staff are super!! victoria behind the bar is super friendly and reception manager was so helpful and accommodating. I have stayed in other hotels in Naples and this is by far the best i have had. Rooms were so nice and spacious. Housekeeping were great at judging when to clean room too! Great car parking which is covered so the car stays cool. The hotel is right under the flight path which i enjoyed as i was travelling alone but not for everyone i guess, it was nice to see the planes coming in over my head. K-Rico and tin City are a really short walk away, so is a great location too for dinner and ice cream!

Bike hire was expensive - i liked renting the bike instead of walking but you pay by the hour which is a bit unfair. Better to have a half day or day hire rates like over hotels have. Gym equipment needs to be upgraded with another bike and a pet hate of mine, please provide sanitising wipes to wipe down equipment. There were no options to clean equipment so the equipment felt dirty and generally the gym was a bit of a forgotten area - it was busy everyday i went in with 1 - 3 people in everytime. Only one yoga / cool down exercise mat too - despite a rack to accommodate 5 mats there was only one and it was pretty beaten up. Apart from the gym needing a good clean i loved this hotel.

The hotel is really beautiful. All common areas and the room are nicely decorated and we enjoyed some good time at the bar too. Among other things, it was extremely easy to park the car in the parking next to the hotel. From the hotel, it is very short to reach downtown with a short walk and enjoy the beautiful views and houses of 5th avenue.

We were upgraded from a double queen room to a King + sofa room, which was well appreciated at first but it turned out that the sofa bed was not comfortable for the boys. Other than that, nothing to mention. This is a very good hotel.
