Oatmeal breakfast was great with fruit . I paid for an extra night directly which made a lot more sense than going through Booking.com I have properties in Naples which I rent out and I Am often staying in hotels in Naples - it would be good To be able to e mail directly the hotel for a rate . The web site offers price which are often more expensive that Booking.com and Expedia .

Just small things - Safe didn’t work properly - new batteries put in but still An error code , key fob for door Didn’t work so put on a code to open .

Definitely one of the best hotels in the USA I've stayed at in this budget range. Good location with many attractions nearby (bikes, boats, bars) – I regret staying there only briefly and not being able to take full advantage of everything. Close to downtown, and the beach is accessible by foot, taxi, or car. Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful view of the bay. Heated pool and an additional hot tub with really hot water.

The room was not very large. On one side of the hotel, there is a fairly busy street, but it’s not a problem if you have a bay view room. The towel exchange system at the pool was a bit funny – you had to trade a little card for towels.

Amazing location and perfect stay! Walkable to everywhere. Comfy bed and adequate room. The outdoor bar/restaurant area is just lovely, with beautiful views of the bay. I had a tasty cocktail upon my late arrival at the bar and a light dinner that was delicious. Great service, too. I would highly recommend

The only thing I had a problem with was that it was a little loud outside in the evening, but that's to be expected, you are downtown near the bustling activity and city action. And my "neighbors" were a little loud at times - absolutely no fault of the hotel's, and I chose not to say anything. I had a really enjoyable stay!

Loved the fact it was on the water. It wasn't on the beach, but the beach was a short drive away. The hotel was within walking distance from some great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a dinner cruise that takes you out into the Gulf right around the corner. That was fun!

We booked a king room, but it was being worked on. We had to stay in a 2 queen room instead. The beds felt more like full size than queen. The room itself was not as spacious as we expected. It almost felt like a cabin on a cruise ship. Also, we use an Amazon Fire Stick when travelling. For some reason, the wi-fi did not allow us to enter the room info, so we were not able to use it. There was no one there who could help us, either.

Great location. Right by 5th ave, tin city and the bay which had some nice restaurants/bars. Room comfortable/clean with all amenities. Free parking and lovely restaurant/bar area overlooking the bay. Pool area and jacuzzi nice and clean.

We wanted to do some kayaking we saw advertised on the hotel website but nobody was ever at the booking counter. I think it was a partner business, so I understand it might not be the hotels fault but every day we went down nobody was there so we gave up. We asked at reception but they weren’t sure.

The size of the room and all the staff we encountered, from check-in to check out, in the bar and restaurant and the maintenance team. Being under the flight path to Naples Airport. Great for plane spotting.

We paid for an upgrade for a sea view room. The view from 215 is slightly obstructed by the roof of the bar and restaurant. If on a cruise, then this would have been advertised prior to booking a cabin with a window that the view from the window is obstructed. Also not that it bothered us at the time but it was known to the Hotel and not us, the air conditioning units in our room did not work. We found out because the really nice maintenance gentleman came to our room on the morning of our check out to fix them. He thought we had reported them faulty but we hadn't so we assume a previous guest staying in room 215 prior to our arrival had.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent . The staff were friendly, attentive , and efficient. Terry, our waitress at dinner, was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the bay view from #201, if only the windows did not have a broken seal that fogged half of that view.

The room had space for a small desk and chair but there was only one (comfortable) chair in the room. My husband had to tighten the shower door handles that were nearly falling off. The Toilet paper holder was broken and lying in the floor behind the toilet. For the price that was charged, these obvious issues should be remedied.

Jasmine at the front desk was just lovely! And the manager was pretty awesome as well. He putt us in a lovely suite facing the bay. (What a nice view!) In fact, everyone including the ladies in housekeeping were all very friendly! Suite was comfy and clean! Loved the beds and pillows, slept better than at home!😜 Highly recommend, spend a couple more dollars and get a suite, totally worth it !!! Thank you Bay Front for such a pleasant stay!

Excellent room, fresh and clean. Great outside bar and pool. Perfect location for Tin City and Downtown. Good value, particularly with free parking and no "resort fee"

Bayside noisy owing to flight path. Note to management: your reception staff are first and last contact and impression of your hotel. Suggest you review customer care with them. Contrast with excellent bar and serving staff.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is great with bars and restaurants located within walking distance. The hotel and pool area were clean. Plenty of parking.

This hotel can be loud. The sounds from the two nearby bars, the road noise, and the planes taking off at the nearby airport were clearly heard through the thin windows. The aircon is also noisy.
