That Chocolate Chip Cookies are back in the evening And hard boiled eggs are back for breakfast. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very polite and attentive.

I have been coming to the same Hampton Inn for 15 years. They used to be small potato chip bags In the afternoons but not now. With the continued rate increase in the rooms I Am sure they can afford putting these for guests,

The location was great for its value. The breakfast was also fresh and better than other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. Definitely coming back here when I visit Naples again!

All of the following could’ve been fixed with a phone call, but still annoying a call was necessary. There were a lot of toiletries that were not kept up to date. The hand and shower soap bottles were empty when we got there (we called in and had them replaced). By the time two people used the shampoo, the bottle was running low as well. When I took out a tissue like 5 tissues came out at once and the box was empty which meant it was not a new box but set up to look like a new one. There was also only one roll of toilet paper which is odd for a hotel. There were also some small flaws to the room which would’ve been nice to see fixed like cleaning the vent in the bathroom.

I thought the room was very nice and clean. The only problem I had with my stay was my first day. There was no electricity on the entire wall where the TV, microwave, refrigerator, desk, light, and entryway light. I didn’t have any of those items until the next day. The staff was very cooperative to fix the issue right away That morning.

Location and cleanliness was good. Staff was nice. The little lunch bag goodies (water bottle, bagel, and apple) when you check out was a very nice touch.

Hot breakfast availability had weird egg with cheese individual omelets that looked like egg tacos or 1/2 moons and pale frozen looking sausage patties that looked undesirable. Needless to say we went out for breakfast.

this was a great place to conduct business, i met with a client on the lobby where there were tables to sign documents. The breakfast hours were too short, it is only until 9 am i went down at 9:15 and it was already over. The person handling the breakfast offered to take things out, but I did not want to bother him. His action was very much appreciated. The young lady that checked us in was very professional and courteous. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly located, with convenient parking right by the rooms. The heated pool is large and very enjoyable. Our room was extremely comfortable and surprisingly quiet, even with the road nearby. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Excellent facility !!! Great location. Exceptional courteous staff. Wonderfully spacious and VERY clean room. Comfortable bed with extra pillows that weren't flat. Quiet air-conditioning. Enough towels. Wonderful warm breakfast with large selection. And a complimentary sack lunch on top of it . All for a great competitive pice. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!!! I wished all Hampton Inn hotels were like this one !!!! I prefer to stay at Hampton Inn because of the quality. Great facility. !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE

We didn't stay longer.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few minutes from downtown or 5th Avenue. The amenities are well-working. The room was perfect for my stay. The customer service was satisfactory from the moment I walked in until the end of my stay. Breakfast was great—everything that you could ask for. The pool was fantastic.

I was just passing through Naples but had an excellent stay here. The facilities were great, the bed was comfy (and huge), and the breakfast was half-decent too.

It rained while I was there and I didn’t get a chance to use the pool :(.
