Free Breakfast outside by the pool every morning was very pleasant Great location ,the site is closed to a Publix, is only a few milles from a lovely beach and restaurants on the waterfront.Parking on the site was free.Quiet AC that performed well.2tv one in master and ,the other in living room .Large fridge with freezer. Comfy beds. Unit very cleaned.Friendly staff, mostly Spanish .

When we arrived they did not have the room that we had booked with booking.com….king with sofa…We were however upgraded to a king with a full kitchen(wich we did not use ). No housekeeping , however ,our garbages were removed daily.No ice bucket…Our safe in our room was closed when we arrived and management did not know how to unlock…it seems like new management..

Stayed at the place a few times. For the most part it's great. I did have a few issues though. One is that the staff at the front desk was negligent (we came late at night). No one was at the desk, then they gave us the wrong keys at the check-in (considering it was late and we had a little kid with us that was uncomfortable). Having said that, remaining stuff during the stay was great. Second issue - I had to kill 2 cockroaches in the kitchen, so that should be taken care of. Also we encountered a gentleman at the front desk asking for a different room because of bed bugs (even saw pictures). So rooms could be cleaner. Other than that, great place, great location.

WELL WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT AND THE CHECKIN PROCESS WAS FAST AND GOOD. WHEN I ARRIVED TO MY ROOM, IT WAS NOT SO GOOD THE TOLIET WAS BROKE AND SQUIRTIGN WATER EVERY WHERE AND I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY GOT ME INTO ANOTHER ROOM RIGHT AWAY WITH NO ECTRA CHARGE

HOW THEY NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT THE 50 DOLLAR HOLD ON THE ROOM THAT THE HOTEL CHARGES. AND ABOUT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET AND WHERE IT Was LOCATED AND TIMES. I FEEL LIKE THEY NEED TO HAVE A BAR TENDER THERE TO SERVE DRINK FOR PURCHASE AND HAVE A AFTERNOON MENU FOR PURCHASE AS WELL. THAT WOULD BENEFIT THE HOTEL MORE. AT LEAST DURING BUSY MONTHS. AND HOUSE KEEPIGN NEEDS TO CVOME TO YOUR ROOM AND FRESHEN UP EVERY DAY WITH OUT BEING TOLD TOO.

Breakfast was great, the room was properly cleaned and safe area too.

The view was fantastic, the breakfast was great and the balcony outside the room was outstanding!

The laundry facility needed work, the 2nd floor laundry was out of order, the 3rd floor laundry had a water leak from the wash machine. There wasn't any room to set detergent or clothes down while loading the washer and dryers, also there was a bad odor in the laundry room. The television in the room had poor cable channels, needs to be upgraded to include Netflix at least, could also include a Roku, or some kind of firestick for more watching options because cable is very outdated.

A lovely, small, resort well worth a stay. This resort has two pools and two hot tubs. Family and children friendly environment. The gardens are landscaped with a tropical themed replete with Koi. They’ve made lovely little lagoon-like features, with bridges and tropical plants. It’s a very nice place and the pool is great for kids and adults (shallow end 5ft, deep end 8ft). The divider is a bit annoying. Hot tub doesn’t have any jacuzzi jets (that are worth turning on) but provide a hot soak. The rooms are spacious. The suites have large twin beds and a pull out sofa bed. Rooms have fridge, microwave, 2 TVs and a whopping 3 sinks!! Very nice suites and excellent WiFi throughout. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

Nothing worth mentioning.

This is probably the most beautiful “tropical themed” hotel in all of Naples. The grounds and landscaping are a lush paradise of various palms and other tropical vegetation. The entire property has a look and feel of somewhere very, very exotic. Fish pools are scattered throughout the main courtyards and Tiki bar and are filled with beautiful Koi fish that are a delight to children and grown-ups alike. Tiny geckos and anoles scamper about amidst the foliage, and birds fill the air with their songs. The grounds also have fascinating artwork sculptures made of metal spaced all around the property. Everytime I went for a stroll I found something new. Other amenities include bikes to borrow and ride around through town or down to the beach (10 min ride on a bike and you don’t have to pay for parking!) and EV fast charging station, 3 laundry rooms with a washer+dryer each), an attached Resturant and bar with Valet service, two beautiful pools and hot tub spas. Seriously, this place is amazing. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when I come back to Naples.

Our room, which wasn’t renovated yet (but scheduled to be?) didn’t have a table or desk and a chair - which was pretty important if you’ll be doing any sort of lengthy computer work during your stay. Fortunately the courtyard around the pool had ample places where one could work and enjoy the tropical tranquility. But not having a table in the room (or a set of drawers so clothes could be unpacked) was definitely a miss.

I loved the location of this hotel. I was a little nervous booking based on reviews but glad I stuck with it. You have a small side street next to the hotel, where we would walk across to Publix everyday (shopping plaza) and get snacks, water, a fresh sub to take to the beach. They also have a Starbucks in the Publix so we would get a coffee each morning. The beach is 1.40 miles from the hotel. A perfect location to walk, run, or bike to the beach. You follow the residential street all the way around to the beach. The hotel was in a perfect location to the beach, and in between north Naples & downtown Naples. Uber rides were about $14 either way and about $8 from the beach to the hotel. We never took the hotel shuttle because of their limited hours of drop off/pick up (9, 12 & pickup at 3).

Our room was out dated but we really had no issues. It was big and roomy with a balcony. Our sinks filled up fast if you left the water running. That was really the only issue.

The room location was excellent. It was comfortable and we had the best breakfasts everyday of our stay. We had access to two pools that we enjoyed and the property was well maintained. One of the maintenance guys had translation app on his phone and we appreciated that.

The guy at check in was pretty gruff. Not real friendly and we had him at check out too. We only got one clear channel on the tv. Even after they sent a worker to look at it, thats all we had for the week, but it wasn't our main purpose to sit in the room and watch it so it was ok.

A quiet place for families and friends, gardens are really nice and the ponds full of carpa fishes are awesome, transmit peace and beauty. Staff is friendly and very attentive, have to thank Matthew for his lighter. The ladies at the morning breakfast are really nice people, they always try to help and are ready to give you any advice if needed. The location of the hotel is really good, the beach really close, easy to go walking through a beautiful neighborhood. People in Naples are really friendly and polite in general as I could appreciate. Recommended the Bellini restaurant, the” torta de la nonna” it’s an awesome Italian pastrie talking about desserts. Highly recommend the Seventh South bar and restaurant which is less than 3 miles away from the hotel, they have there really good wines, tapas and good food in general, the service is excellent. And if you go to Naples, I think you have to go to Seed to table supermarket, very nice market, they are very proud Americans there, the design of the market is nice, have good beers and in the outside of the market they have some shirts with really serious and funny messages. Thanks the staff was a wonderful time there!
