We had a king room on the second floor overlooking the parking lot. That view did not bother us as we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was spacious. It had everything you might need during a short stay: small fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. The hotel is a boutique-style with only three floors and maybe 50-60 rooms total. It's perfect for couples. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for a quick dip. The hotel offers a shuttle service to take you to the beach and around town. The location is perfect, with a short 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Everything was perfect!

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained hotel. The room - deluxe king - had a settee and dining table. Fridge and microwave too. The pool area was lovely. The hotel is a quick 3 minute walk to 5th Avenue which is a beautiful street full of restaurants and shops. The hotel offered a shuttle service to get to the beach plus the use of chairs and towels.

Breakfast was not brilliant. Packets of cereal and stodgy pastries and muffins.

Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is very simple, prepared in the bar area by the barman. Nothing fancy but it is enough to get you going in the morning. Stuff was very kind and also very helpful with info about the city and they also provide a shuttle when you coordinate the time with them, very helpful.

The pool area is great and quiet but the pool water wasn't as clean as i expected. Also, the parking is first come, first served, so you must be lucky to find a spot. We were lucky to find the last spot on both days we were there.

The location was outstanding and the room had everything (and more) that we needed, along with being very big! The beach shuttle service was an unexpected convenience, with all towels, umbrellas and chairs provided by the staff. The majority of the staff went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. There was also a live pianist one of the evenings, which was a lovely touch!

The only complaint I have, or we had, was that the coffee available in the room was extremely weak. It was like water with a little bit of coffee in it. We couldn’t drink it. We went down to the restaurant area and got the coffee there and that was equally as bad. The Illy coffee didn’t have enough coffee in it. we ended up going out for coffee and the last morning. We ordered a latte before we left. The latte was good but six dollars you asked for a latte was a bit much.

See coffee comments above. I think the rooms should have actual coffee makers in them so people like us can go out and buy coffee and make it as strong as we want. Those little pods were useless. Other than that we have no complaints about the room as everything was beautiful, we loved her sweet.

Wonderfully updated since our last stay. Now the rooms have Keurig coffee machines, refrigerators and microwaves. Big, bright spacious rooms and bathrooms. They also offer breakfast in the lobby daily. Plus it’s just a block off Fifth Avenue - the main hub of Naples. AND they offer cookies and cannolis every day!! Awesome!

Sometimes parking is a challenge as there’s not always enough spaces in the lots. Also wish there was a guest laundry onsite. That would be great.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent customer service. They will shuttle you to the beach and provide you towels and beach chairs. The rooms have microwaves and wine sized refrigerators.

Small pool, but we were always able to find a chair. The pool had pool towels and cold water. I wish there was a small restaurant to serve you at the pool.

Great location. Fantastic price. We couldn’t believe that, at that price, we got a nice room, pool, shuttle service, and breakfast. Everyone was very nice too. Can’t ask for more than that!

This property is such a find! Perfectly located, beautifully decorated and such friendly staff. All the extras like breakfast, fresh cookies and champagne were noticed and appreciated! The shuttle to the beach, complete with towels and chairs couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Pretty comfortable hotel, very well located, well decorated and pleasant environments. The transportation around the city that they provide makes everything easier.

The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, but there were never enough and most days we were unable to get them. The breakfast is very poor, not compatible with the hotel's standard.
