The breakfast was really good and so handy--wished it ended at 10 instead of 9 though. The room was nicely sized and very comfortable. Good location to get to most popular parts of Naples. We enjoyed the heated pool in the evening also.

This trend of hotels having housekeeping every third day--I understand. However, I would recommend having a way for guests to swap out their used towels, maybe have a push carpet sweeper (more useful than an ironing board), and a way to put trash out (so you don't have banana peels, etc. for 3 days).

location. quiet room. great mattress. has fridge. overall staff friendly and nice.

our last day some small kids were not being watched at the pool very well ( maybe 2,4,5 years old) and throwing rocks and using the emergency flotation device as a pool toy and front desk didn’t really do anything about it - seemed like they were family members. I wanted to relax at the pool the last day and didn’t happen at all. the next day all that stuff was still in pool- rocks- emergency float- towel at bottom. I don’t care if your family is there having fun but someone needs to actually watch them- while staff came out and told her family ( her) they must not care about her job there.

Excellent room! Perfect location for us! Breakfast becomes boring after a number of days, always same things; include cheese, raisin bread (not bagels), sausage paties, grapes, apples. I also had a health problem while there; one of your day cleaning ladies was a terrific help as was your front desk staff. I greatly appreciated their help.

The fact that the staff did not apply the rules of no smoking and no glass bottles in the pool area. We advised Teresa for the smoking and she advised some guests. However, for the glass , I was told by Teresa that she knew the guests and that they were careful; the next morning there were full glasses and left over bottles. Also, the pool area had cigarette butts.

The front desk staff was very nice, Heaven Leigh was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and had a welcoming smile on her face with every guest that came in. The room was a good size, it was comfortable, had plenty of mirrors, and electrical outlets (which is important when there is more than one woman getting ready). There was water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby all the time! It was close to downtown Naples, maybe an 8 minute drive in traffic. The hotel was quiet, no shouting in the hallways or banging on walls. The curtains blocked out the daylight so well we were able to sleep in a bit. I will definitely stay here again!

The desk chair was dirty, but I just put a towel down on it when I had to use that chair. The bathroom tub had a large chip in it, and the rooms could use some updating.

Great make your own Waffles with sausage and fried eggs. A free breakfast helps with the cost of travel these days. We did have to pay $35.00 for the non service dog. But they had no problem with us traveling with two and there was obviously no charge for the service dog. There is a 75 # limit for dogs which was not a problem. I just saw it in the disclosure.

the county does not allow dogs at the beaches at all. But a trip north to lee county we found a great dog beach.

Comfortable and well situated hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast included, buffet at the hotel. Large room well equiped with fridge and microwave oven. 5 minutes to city center and all facilities, beaches, boat rental,... and on the direction to Marco Island and Everglades. Free parking in front of the hotel.

hotel a little bit noisy, dogs accepted so sometimes barking in the night or early morning.

Great location. Breakfast included but limited for a coeliac (I am). Staff friendly and helpful.

Broken sun beds. Even though I’d informed the property prior to my visit, apart from eggs and yogurt and fruit there wasn’t anything else I could eat so some gluten free bread would have been nice. I bought my own in the end.

Nice hotel, standard as you would expect from a La Quinta hotel. Breakfast was good and nice to be able to eat outside in the pool area. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for 3 of us. Nice to have the cool water and coffee in the reception area. Reception staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel

I didn’t realise how far out from the beach we were, but not the hotels fault, I should have done more research but we had a vehicle so no problem

How quickly we had a room change. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast generous and well maintained.

First room smelled badly of stale air and urine, possibly pet urine? We had been called and asked if we had pets, which we didn't. We had asked for extra pillows, which were in the first room, but not followed up on when we changed rooms. We let it go. I don't want this to be a review.

Very convenient location. We braved 2 mi to walk to the oceanfront! A chain restaurant was next door as well. I’m an engaging person and found the hotel staff to be very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was especially exceptional! My Son and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

A small ding I suppose. Found discarded cigarette butts next to our vehicle when parked(remained for duration of our stay). Suppose that’s more of a reflection of people staying than hotel itself.
