The staff up front was absolutely wonderful!! The room wasn’t over the top, but was sufficient for the price for sure. Close to downtown, and easy access.

The smoking near every door, the woman in the back sleeping in her car, the smell of marijuana that seemed constant in the elevator. Rooms could use a little attention regarding broken appliances etc.

The venue was central to the city and the pickleball centre. Plus, other tourist locations al off Highway 41.

The air con a little noisy as Im a light sleeper but switch it off in the end.

Brand new room Friendly housekeeper The room was right by the pool The manager Rebecca was very accommodating. When I noticed the remote want working she brought new batteries immediately.

Price increased from Friday to Saturday( a minimal amount) The thermomstat said no signal. I didn’t need it, so I didn’t call about it.

I loved how clean this hotel was. I have supervised two hotels in different locations and I gotta say this was the cleanest hotel I ever seen. The housekeepers deserve a raise!!

It’s an extended stay but I only needed a night - very accommodating as I needed early check in and late check out as I had my dog with me and needed to be at the hospital for a family member

It’s very basic - don’t expect luxury

I stayed at the hotel for work and it was nice, practical, comfortable for the four days I stayed there. This is my fourth time booking and I will definitely be staying there again.

The smell of cigarettes and marijuana on the third floor asked for a non smoking room which it was but the smell in the hallways lingers on to the room.

It’s got hard floors and the room was practical and comfortable.

Everything was fine with the property.

Appliances modern. Staff helpful and friendly. Relatively close to downtown Naples.

No charm and very little outdoor space to relax.

Fast and friendly service. Checked in late and we were in our room in under 10 minutes. Nice hot shower, cold AC and comfortable beds. Proximity to multiple beaches.
