Location, Location, Location: 31/2 Blocks to the beach! 5 min. Walk to 5th Ave. with all of its great shopping and restaurants. The Staff: Keble and Kath, owners/managers are absolutely fantastic. They are easy to reach via text or phone and definitely cater to your every need. So appreciated. I loved the quaint and cozy atmosphere of Gondolier. It’s a fully updated, historic former motel on 5th Ave. The interiors are beautifully decorated and inviting. Easy parking and availability to your own vehicle. and a Free and nicely equipped laundry room. This place is PERFECT for Couples or families.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed. The location is excellent: just a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to main streets and shopping areas. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and clean, making it a perfect spot to relax. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hotel owner—an absolutely wonderful person! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

The only minor downside for us was the mattress—it wasn’t quite to our preference, but that’s just a personal comfort thing.

Amazing Location. Check-in was made available before 3pm - a code is sent to you by text message in order for you to open the door. Parking is free. Mini-apartment had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and there were beach chairs available for use as well as beach towels. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again.

The 2 beach umbrellas available for use were broken ( We took them to the beach just to find out they were useless). We didn't contact the property management because we only stayed 2 days. Also, they have an ice machine in the laundry room. I would suggest moving it as its next to the dryer (which melts the ice).

When I opened the door, the room smelled so good and it was so clean! 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach, 10 min walk to the 5th avenue where all the good restaurants are! that are so many different varieties! and get some ice cream as well! everything I tried was delicious! Everyday I got back to my room it was cleaned and organized again! They really made me feel taken care of and special! And the bed was sooo comfortable! it was hard to leave lol I am so glad I stayed there and I am not staying any other place when I go back! It made my trip extra special! 🙏🏼🫶🏻🙏🏼🫶🏻🙌🏻

The location - 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from restaurants and shopping on 5th Ave South. The room was very spacious and 1940's style - 1 floor, no one above you. The set up of the furniture in the room (Room #1), the ease of checking in - key lock box on the door so no worries about when we arrived. Free bottled water every day and free use of the washer and dryer and detergent. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash all in a dispenser in the shower. Plenty of clean white towels to use. 2 Beach chairs and beach towels in the room ready to use - no need to go to the office to ask anyone. K cups for the Kuerig. A kitchen with everything you could need for breakfast or snacks.

Everything was amazing! We checked in even earlier than supposed to! They do have chairs and umbrella for the beach even though we had our own … they have everything in a room you can think of … even wine glasses ) which we used ))) … And after the check out we were able to leave our car for couple hours on the parking lot and after we came back we met the owner of the place ! And he was amazing and let us eat on the property table ! We will definitely recommend and we are coming back since we are neibotghr from east coast of Florida)

As soon as I arrived, the owner/manager gave me an upgrade to a better room, with a fully equipped kitchen, which was very useful considering the restaurant prices nearby. The location is perfect and walking distance from the 5th Avenue South, the commercial street with good restaurants and stores, just three blocks away. Also, it is walking distance from the beach (~8min). The room was equipped with a nice couch, dining table, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Good soft mattress and powerful air conditioning. In general, the room seems pretty new. There's also wash and dryer machines available for guest in the common area. Parking was free and there were enough spots for all cars. Overall, the neighborhood is pretty charming and safe. Naples is a great destination for those who want to relax near a white sand beach. I would certainly stay again at the Gondolier Inn.

I booked a queen room but was upgraded to a suite on the day of my arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, very quiet. I like the vibe of the room and of the whole place. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room, a washer, and a dryer on site, and free bottled water. Stuff was very friendly and responsive. The location couldn't be beaten as it is right in the middle between the beach, Third Street, and Fifth Avenue. Great value for money.

Right off the bat, we were greeted with an immaculately clean room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we were able to crank the A/C (a must-have in FL!). Being so close to the beach, we were able to keep our car at the hotel and easily walk. 5th Avenue was also within walking distance so we were able to walk there to grab dinner and breakfast the next morning. The beach chairs provided were perfect. The room had everything we needed and there were ample tv streaming platforms available. Check-in was contactless & very simple. The rooms have been tastefully updated whilst still keeping that vintage charm—Palm Springs vibes for sure! 10/10 stay!

Amazing location! as others have surely said. Some as us will love the throwback to Old Florida, certainly not to be found elsewhere in Old Naples/ Small staff is very friendly and the rooms are well equipped.

Clean for the most part but walking barefoot revealed that some extra floor sweeping would be in order. It is so close to the beach, after all, and why we and most others choose to stay here. This overstates the issue, for sure. It's a great choice!
