All good. The condo was updated ( with the exception of a few things that do not detract). Beds exceptionally comfortable. Third floor balcony had good marina view and was roomy. Spa, gym, pools, golf cart transport on property, van service to beach and 5 th Ave were all great. Underground self park a plus. Fees over and above daily rate are approx $20/ parking $50/resort fee. Staff courteous and friendly. We visited in off season.

Food at the Blue Water was not great. Pool valet was hit or miss but self service worked fine. Slight noise from the street can be heard but def not an issue.

My best friends and I visited in off season so the resort was not busy and quiet and we loved that. We got upgraded to a suite and were treated like queens. The staff was beyond nice and helpful. If we needed transportation it was immediately arranged for us, being it a short cart ride to the pool or a shuttle pick up from down town (the hotel sent a car for us outside of pick up schedule when one of us wasn’t feeling well). We also were allowed to check out 1 hr later so that we could enjoy more pool time. The resort is located 5 minutes from the 5th avenue so it’s a perfect location. I will be returning with family

I enjoyed the staff's friendliness and willingness to answer all my questions. The front desk staff was always available and ready to assist us. The resort was beautiful and luxurious with great amenities included. The two bedroom suite was spacious, clean, well decorated and was comfortable and inviting. The Club had a sauna and steam room and a beautiful pool area for adults and children too. The women's bathroom was well stocked with personal items for our use.

I wasn't able to get my streaming services working on the television due to connection issues and tv channels were limited.

The Naples Bay Resort is top notch to include the hotel lodging facilities and staff. The rooms are extremely clean and updated. Our suite was serviced and cleaned daily.

Access to the pools on the property is difficult, it is about a 10 minute walk or you can take a golf cart ride provided by the valet staff. You must be at the pools by 8-8:30A to secure chairs. The prices at the pool bar are extremely expensive.

The property was specular! Loved the marina and our room with private balcony facing the marina directly- perfect! Big thank you to Hope Haworth - concierge - for a surprise upgrade to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! Thank you so much! The celebration bottle of Prosecco she shared also such a special touch to our stay- we will look forward to coming back to stay in the future!!

Great valet team, offering transport to Naples Club or a Mercedes mini van to 5th ave or the beach. Provided beach towels, chairs & umbrellas for the beach. Front desk very helpful, particularly joselyn. 2 bedroom suite great size and fantastic facilities. Perfect for a family offering more space than a hotel room.

Great location. The valet crew were beyond amazing and so friendly & helpful - they were also the shuttle drivers that zipped us back and forth to the beach . They also provided us with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella .

Things were a bit beyond pricey….. made things back in Boston feel like a bargain

This was our fourth time staying at Naples Bay Resort. These are the reasons we keep returning…clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities we need; location, location, location plus shuttle to Downtown; beautiful pool areas, and friendly, helpful staff. We will be returning.

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and had wonderful view of the marina! We loved the balcony and all the amenities.

The pool was a bit far from the main hotel and had to take the cart. We wished there was room service for breakfast.

Great location, spacious room with a nice view, close to lots of restaurants and shops, friendly staff and loved the pool area, especially the adult only one.

The toilet paper was awful, bad quality for the cost of the room.
