Superb but I paid 4200$ for a suite so expected it to be so Beach superb pools also

The hotel next door was being renovated so it was very noisey Not the hotels fault BUT had they informed me as I checked in I would have looked to reserve elsewhere NOTE I checked in late Sunday afternoon and of course there was no noise as the workers do not work at weekends BUT Monday until Friday it was impossible to enjoy our VERY EXPENSIVE (see above) balcony directly in front of the sea I did complain and was offered 100 $ compensation Of course it was too late to find another hotel so I had no choice but to accept and suffer

I had to change rooms because I thought I was booking a gulf front room. I was traveling to relax on my own. I got screaming kids outside my balcony instead. I was moved to an amazing gulf front room the last 3 night for the same rate. That was very nice and I plan to return, of course!

Areas were a bit run down needing paint and there were lounge chairs and tables thrown about in the parking garage outside the elevator. That should not be the case in a hotel of such category.

The hotel has a great location and private beach. We were on the 6th floor of the main building and had a nice view out to the water and pool area. The 2 room suite was very spacious. The shuttle to downtown fifth ave was very convenient to take and texting made it easy to request pickup. We appreciated the good service from the pool bar and beach area. We also like the fact that we were able to self park our car and had access to our vehicle at all times. We used our car daily but did choose to use the shuttle at night to go out for dinners so we didn’t have the hassle of parking in town . Everyone of the staff we encountered was very friendly.

The shower water pressure was low.

What I loved the most about Edgewater Beach is that the ocean is literally steps away. The poolside bar is also a plus. Cory the Bartender was absolutely the best and went above and beyond to find me a drink I truly enjoyed. The food at the restaurant is delicious.

There was only one elevator working. I booked a room with two beds and I stayed in a beautiful one bedroom with one bed and there was a sofa bed in the living room for my 84 year old mom. But she loved it, she didn’t open it. She slept in the sofa.

Beautiful beach, beautifully appointed hotel interior, beautiful rooms, fantastic pool area and pools. Not a bad room in the hotel. Great location, couple min drive to tons of restaurants. Naples is a food/restaurant mecca. Will come

Tv issues which were resolved promptly. But who really cares about tv!

The location on the beach was my favorite part! I could open my windows and hear the ocean at night. Generous room space. Nice pools. You are welcome to stay on the property after checkout and use a locker room to freshen up before you leave. Perfect for my plans!

Location is excellent, everything is well maintained on the property, personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Location On the beach

Pools are small and always full of kids. Beach is not cleaned regularly . The lounge chairs are not particularly comfortable. Too much single use plastic.

Being beachfront was amazing and the gulf is so much more calm.

They charge every single day for an umbrella and chairs which is like $25

The location can’t be beat, walk-on access to the beach. We had a ground floor suite right by the pool, super convenient. Free shuttle downtown was a nice perk.

I thought it was a bit pricey, but that’s the world we live in.
