This is not the first time we have stayed, the location of the hotel was comfortable for us, for a family of 4 people there was a comfortable large room with 2 beds. Microwave and refrigerator in the room are a big plus

There are only 3 sets of towels for 4 people, this is not the first time this has happened. Change of towels and cleaning of the room only upon request, we did not know about this

Friendly staff and location right off Tamiami made it easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

Although we had the temperature set to 71, the AC would shut off, and the room would be hot at night.

Stayed with my family for a couple of days, very clean, nice, polite staff. The children did not find anything for breakfast, but there is a cafe nearby with breakfast within a 2-minute walk. We didn't have time to use the pool, we hope to visit again

Clean, helpful staff, large rooms. Woman who ran the bistro was delightful!

The shower curtain was flimsy and water covered the bathroom floor. Also, there was no bedroom service. Bed was not made and no new towels were delivered. Needed to call reception desk to have towels delivered.

Location to nearby bars, stores, and highway.

Property undergoing major renovations which means if you visit after January 2025 you will get an updated version of what I did not get.

While the hotel is very clean there was a strong smell like bleach or disinfectant. The smell was strong enough to cause me a headache.
