The location is incredible and the gym is more than adequate. The roof top pool is a beautiful oasis. This place is a gem.

There is significant construction going on next door. We were awakened before 8 one morning with two workmen right outside our window screaming at one another. In the bathroom, some cotton balls and qtips would have been appreciated by my wife. Hallway carpets can use a good deep clean at this point , and the carpet on the stairs is worn and should be replaced.

We absolutely loved our stay: the staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are cozy and clean. It is also very quiet, which is a huge bonus, so we've returned home happy and rejuvenated. location is top! Oh, and we loved that the hotel has a shuttle to the beach and the stuff member even took us to a nice coffee shop we wanted to go to on our way to the beach. I'd definitely return and definitely recommend this place for stay!

Very nice hotel, cozy and elegant. Not a place for kids really although nothing to stop you from bringing them, it's just besides pool probably not a lot of fun for them. The place gives a relaxing yet upscale feel. Nice touches with fresh grapefruit infused water around the property. The gym has bananas and apples. The pool was very intimate and comfortable, with chairs and a person standing by to take your drink and snack orders.

Only missing thing in the place was lack of any food other than the fruit in the gym. I wish they had a little breakfast station like some inns do, or a happy hour with cheese and wine. I guess there are plenty of restaurants outside the doors on the 5th but I think this would be a nice touch. Otherwise a great stay !

Classic, elegant and in the heart of downtown Naples where everything is walking distance. Service was exceptional.

Wi-Fi and TVs kept disconnecting but when your on vacation who needs TV apps?

The location was excellent, the staff were very accommodating, room was decent size.

Crazy floor plan in the hotel. There were different elevator shafts in different areas at the hotel, some went to the lobby level, some didn’t, some went to the floor you wanted, some didn’t.

Great location. Great rooms.

Pool playlist. After 3 days with only one playlist (reggae) constantly on rotation, we considered running for the hills and started to believe Bob Marley was still alive after all

Daytime staff was amazing. Had a few challenges with the evening team, but nothing terrible. The evening desk guy seemed preoccupied and not overly helpful. The overnight LATE guy was extremely helpful! The hotel was AMAZING with a great location. Originally booked Naples Grand but SOOOO thankful we switched last minute! We will be BACK!

Our room was spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The beds were of quality and provided a good nights sleep. Our room overlooked a quaint area and the balcony provided a nice view. A bonus was an exceptional violinist who entertained at street level. The staff was eager to please, including Sophia the room attendant and Carla and Sean in the spa. I compare the service to a five star facility.

The ambiance of the hotel was exceptional! Beautifully appointed in every sense of the word. Room #366 faced the parking lot which left a little to be desired but the room itself was impeccable...I would definitely definitely return.

The common areas are beautiful and the location is perfect. Having free parking is a great bonus. The room was very normal. Nice bathroom, marble floors throughout, and 2 double beds. The best thing about the hotel was the location and free parking. Also, the cleaning staff were very accommodating. Noise level was good.

The TV used Direct TV and it was very annoying to operate. Very poor communication between the remote and the TV. Nothing else to complain about.
