The suite was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and refrigerator were very clean. Enjoyed the separate area with sofa to watch tv. Loved the view to the pool. The landscaping in the pool was beautiful and made it very enjoyable to sit on the porch . Close proximity to 5th Avenue and restaurants near the hotel made it more enjoyable.

Not too much water pressure in the shower. Very little water pressure in the bathroom sink. The pulls on the bedroom dresser were rusted.

Very clean, really impressed, the a/c is like new. Good pool and parking with large places. Is close to 5th avenue and the Naples beach and Walmart. Safe area for walking.

The guy at lobby was very rude, he ask me my credit card but not for deposit, the hotel take your credit card number and after can charge you the amount deemed necessary for breaks. When I ask why I cannot just give the deposit from my card because I am not really comfortable to give my credit card number to hotel and keep it in hotel database, the guy tell me - it our rules, if you don't like it just cancel and go out. He don't try to explain or try to find one solution. No breakfast, but you have IHOP just in front of hotel. Its write 100% smoke free hotel, but some people smoke the cigarettes and cannabis on the stairs and some people live there all the time.

The staff is always fabulous and extremely helpful. It is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The location is withing walking distance of great restaurants and some shopping. The pool is perfect! And my travel cat loves the little garden just outside my door she was able to play queen of the jungle in while chasing lizards without me worrying she would get hurt or run away. Next year we are planning on taking out some of the pesky rabbits that keep eating the newly planted flowers.

The room was clean but there was room below the entry door where some ants were coming in. No clean pool towels. Really that is it if I have to complain. But the towels I just went to the front desk and they were happy to give me one.

The space was remarkeble better than for seen. The kitchen was nice and convenient. The beds could be a bit bigger... The pool was nice and refeshing but noisy beacuse of the air conditioning of the rooms.

The floor could be better cleaned by a mob or some sort. The employee at the check inn could be more nice. Why are all the air conditioning units turned on on ultra high?

Not your fathers Red Roof Inn... I have stayed there a number of times over the years. The best value is there suite. On this trip I could get the suite for about the price of regular hotel room in the area. It is not the Ritz Carlton but, when I get for my money a living room area, with a full kitchen so I can cook my hot dogs, big a** closet if I had twerps they could stay there and large bedroom with King size bed which is great for when me and my two girl friends want to visit for the evening (boy can dream :) ). The only draw back is the bathroom is little small, it has been modernized but I wished they used a little room from the big a** closet and the bedroom to make it a little bigger. The pool area is something you would see at more expensive properties, it landscpaed nice and has a fire pit and cook out areas, Nice pool with a jauzzi.. Great for enteraining the baby dolls and watch the planes come in......

The bathroom was small like I said but, get so much the price, I really cannot complain..

The suite was like a small condo or apartment…. It was well laid out and had a full kitchen. The pool area had a hot tub and it nicely done with a fire pit and cook out facilities… The elevator was being worked on and the staff offered to help with bags.. I have stayed at nicer properties with the same issue and no offer to help with bags….. Good location, easy access to the east side of naples or the west side via Davis Blvd or US rt 41.

While the suite was nice and roomy and the hotel worked for me, some people may not like because the property drew lower middle class people also I had some locals tell me that there can be police activity at the property. Also no free breakfast…….

Easy check in experience with a friendly staff member. Clean and neat lobby along with lobby bathroom. Nice coffee station.

I know it was only $3.33, but they charged me for a room safe and said if I didn't use it, they would refund me. Well, I didn't use the safe and was charged any. I was not refunded.

Loved this hotel. The young man who checked us in was very professional and treated us like family. He actually listened to us when we had questions. I wish that many others had his attitude towards their job.

We had an amazing stay! First Night was a little challenging, but security took care of the issue and the rest of the week was wonderful!

Please close the pool later then sunset, that was frustrating for my son who came back from a football tournament and was so looking forward to the pool with his friends. But was closed at 7pm.

Everything was nice. This was my second time staying there. I'll be back.

I didn't like being woke up at 1 am with people fight outside my room. My 4 year old grandson was sleeping.
