Pros - everything was very clean, staff were so accommodating and welcoming! Which I really appreciated, especially coming from a long drive. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms were stocked and clean. We had plenty of kitchenware and extra pillows. Pool was nice and clean too.

Maybe some music poolside or a mini bar outside. Kids activities. But other than that, Everything was great!

The room was a good size. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The fireplace is a nice touch

The rugs in the room were stained and dirty. The bed in the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable could have used some kind of topper to make it bareable.

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. The check-in was quick and all information was provided. I didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be pretty nice. The location is also good. I would go back.

The room was very updated, and we could feel the smell of old. The bed was not much comfortable too. Maybe the hotel need to refurbish their rooms. Besides that facts, the hotel was ok, maybe a little overpriced but as all hotels in Naples.

Front desk Agents, both, the one who checked me in and the one at departure, very nice, knowledgeable, great customer service. Happy to know this is a pet friendly Hotel, that will definitely make me go back.

Place overall

Everything was great u til we woke up with bite and bumps next morning only from the fold out bed. My fiancé was covered in bumps all over her arms and sides of her body. She is allergic to bedbugs/mites. Took her two weeks to heal.

I wish the rooms had balconies. The windows were dilapidated. No great bread options for breakfasts.

Breakfast breads. Coffee was mediocre.

The hotel was super quiet, the room very big and very clean. The staff amazing, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food

Clean, close to restaurants and to the beach. Dog friendly with space for walking. Breakfast was simple but tasteful and well presented.

The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.
