Amazing stay – highly recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with a beautiful balcony that made our mornings extra special. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. But the highlight was the breakfast – we’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this was by far the most delicious breakfast we’ve ever had. The variety and quality were simply outstanding! The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach, but considering the excellent service and great price-to-quality ratio, it’s more than worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

The entire staff was excellent, super friendly and extremely helpful to me. The ladies did an amazing job each morning for their complimentary breakfast. Everything was extra fresh and tasted delicious. I loved the pool as well. It was much larger than I expected, clean and had lots of furniture and room for everyone.

I wish I would have requested a room with a view of the pool and/or the small pond behind the property. I didn't know anything about the layout and when I realized it was too late to ask for a different room.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms with balcony. Useful also for providing fresh air into the room. Comfy beds. Nice small swimming pool. Good breakfast with 3 types of oatmeal, egg, sausage (No beacon unfortunately) hot and cold drinks and more. Laundry and Dryer for $1.5 each. Speedy Wifi Equipment in the fitness room needs to be fixed. Will come again if in the area.

I love everything about the property. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Naples

Only issue I had was that the thermostat would stop functioning. At first I thought it could be the battery I then informed front desk who had someone come out and replace batteries but then the issue continued occurring.

This is our second year staying here. The location is right off the highway and easy to get to. Rooms are clean and the hot tub is great! Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast the second morning was cereal and toast only. Coffee maker in the lobby wasn’t working and the one with breakfast wasn’t working either. No coffe is a big deal for us coffee drinkers.

Big room and good facilities. Rooms were cleaned well. Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Limited breakfast options. Could there be a pot of porridge (without salt) and plain yogurts. Poor coffee. Insects around the pool from the nearby lake. Could the wardrobe be in the bedroom. Need a potato peeler and sharp knife.

I was pleasantly surprised never having stayed at a B Western before - this hotel was great! Pleasant greeting on arrival, easy parking, lobby very nice, room exceeded my expectations, roomy, small kitchen, nice decor, very clean - nice breakfast with helpful staff everything was very good I requested a room close to my friends and was pleasantly accommodated which I appreciated - would definitely stay here again

I liked everything - no complaints at all

Cleanliness was excellent, good breakfast, staff was friendly. Only thing I would say is we had 4 staying in the room and towels and wash clothes only for 3, had to ask for more. Also business center computer would not connect to the printer, only to the printer behind desk, made it a inconvenient.

I have been staying at this property for years before it was the Naples plaza before the remodel I have memories here and after the remodel it has not let me down. Cleaner, better service same yummy breakfast and awesome pool area

Well over the years they have adopted a collier resident deposit policy of 300 only payable via credit card so be aware I don't know how long they have had that policy in place because they did not used to charge deposit but they do now.

While we were there the hotel was half full. Sometimes we were the only people around the pool
