Spacious suite with kitchenette, clean room, nice towels, comfortable bed, good breakfast, fire pits by the pool. Tony at the front desk provided exceptional service upon check in.

First room smelled like pet pee. Bath mats were stained. No blanket for sofa bed; when requested a blanket, were told they didn’t have any more and brought us an additional fitted sheet. (The next day, a different front desk staff person did have a blanket delivered to our room.) We were told they tidy the rooms daily, but only did so one day. Gluten and dairy free options not indicated at breakfast (but chef was very clear/helpful about ingredients when asked).

Compass Hotel offers really spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for a 2+2 family. If you prefer to cook for yourself, you'll have everything you need. The hotel also provides free parking with plenty of available spots and has a truly friendly and helpful staff. Overall, Compass Hotel has this warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.

During our four-night stay, the elevators were out of service at least once a day—every single day. While the hotel has only four floors, and in most cases, you can just take the stairs, the real problem starts when you have three suitcases, each weighing 25 kg, and need to carry them down to the ground floor. That’s definitely not the kind of workout we signed up for!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a beachy and relaxed décor that immediately makes you feel like you’re truly on vacation. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the location is unbeatable — just a short drive from the beach, great restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need: microwave, fridge, kitchenette, utensils, and even pool towels. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and perfect linens. The carpets were immaculate, which really stood out. Breakfast is included and offers a tasty American-style selection — simple but satisfying and just what you need to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the free shuttle service to and from the beach. You ride in a comfortable, air-conditioned car, and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas (or you can rent them at the beach if you prefer). Elizabeth, who runs the shuttle service, is warm, helpful, and full of positive energy. She truly goes above and beyond to make your beach day special. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar on-site. The food is delicious and fairly priced for Naples. Don’t miss the happy hour at the bar — Ximena will treat you like royalty! The staff overall is incredibly friendly and attentive. Another nice touch: there’s always complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks available in the lobby. The room also includes a coffee maker with coffee, tea, and two bottles of water as a welcome gift. Parking is spacious and free, which is a big plus. The hotel also has a small but well-equipped gym, clean bathrooms throughout, and fun games by the pool area to enjoy with family. There’s even a space with board games for quality family time. Truly, everything about this place makes you feel like you’re on a real vacation. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect!

A lovely hotel and spacious suite with nice complimentary toiletries. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cater for yourself (we didn’t). Decent options at breakfast. It was great to have non dairy milk options. We really liked the fact that we could make a hot drink any time of day as we came in. The happy hour all day on Monday was also great.

The only thing that could be improved upon is if you could control the airconditioning within the suite. We got quite hot during the night but couldn’t do anything about it. The air conditioning is also quite noisy.

New very clean property, smaller than expected which we enjoyed.You do not hear the road or the pool once in your room. Spacious room with a kitchen and the possibility to have a meal or breakfast. The staff was nice and efficient . We checked in and out very quickly.. The hotel is close but still by car to all area restaurants, beaches and points of interest.

Drinks were expensive and small, served in plastic cups. Doing happy hour makes sense. This was Easter week, lots of families were there, the pool was crowded and felt like a playground., we enjoyed the magnificent beaches instead.

Absolutely loved that the hotel is pet friendly, as I had my furry friend with me! The room was super comfortable and we very much enjoyed having a mini kitchen. The pool was a bit small, compared to how the pictures make it appear, but the amenities are cute and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the hotel says it’s pet friendly, but you aren’t allowed to have your dog outside in the outside bar or pool area. Felt that should’ve been disclaimed upon booking. I was told if I had my small dog in a stroller it would’ve been okay.

Everything was great. Spacious room with kitchen, gym, restaurant & bar, music on poolside gave that nice resort vibe. Beautiful landscape and fire pits to sit around at night. There was a very sweet and attentive lady by the pool who offered the most delicious water 🤗

Bar tender lady was unwelcoming and rude. She made too much mudslide but wouldn’t pour the cup full when I asked. No smile at any point or thank you when she received a tip. Pool is a bit small for swimming especially when there are kids and others in it.

2nd time and elevador not working. Breakfast , eggs were cold and the guy monitoring the hot food , not friendly at all . No personality . In the room . The two sets of curtains no not overlap So there is too much light coming in the room. When having breakfast a working blowing the patio. Very noisy . Schedule that process for either later after breakfast or evening?

The staff was really welcoming and nice, went above and beyond when my son lost his toy. The room was beyond our expectations with a full kitchen, full size dining table, and plenty of space overall.

Personally, the beds at all the Margaritaville hotels I have stayed at are a bit firm for my liking. The pool was a bit murky after a holiday weekend.

This location was not more than 10 or 15 minutes from everything fun to do in the area, the pier, the mall, and fifth Street. I loved having such a big room with an en suite kitchen.

Throughout my stay I noticed several hairs inside of the bed that did not belong to me, and I began to wonder if the bed was changed between the last guest and myself.
