The room was clean and so comfortable. Loved the balcony! The pool area was one of my favorite spots. Well taken care of and love all the chairs and cabanas. We also loved the bikes. What a beautiful bike ride along the beach streets. We loved the restaurant and happy hour it provided. It was nice we didn't need to leave the hotel for dinner. Julie and Ryan were two of the best bartenders we had in a while. We enjoyed talking with them. They gave us some good ideas to see in the area.

Not that I didn't like... just a suggestion. It was wonderful they offer coffee at 8am. I would like to see more items with coffee, not just danish. Maybe toast or bagel. I would have paid for those items too. We are early lite breakfast eaters and 10am to grab food at the restaurant is late for us. We wanted to get up and start seeing the sites.

It is a lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are all excellent. The courtesy driving service is a really nice little perk and we loved the fact it felt like home being more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. The pool area is lovely and just generally it was a very pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

There was nothing I ‘didn’t like’ but my only observation was the gym was small with limited and out of date equipment but there was a sign saying there was a renovation ongoing so I would assume a new gym is on its way.

A real 'high end' accommodation but with really friendly and helpful staff. We were very impressed with the room with plenty of kitchen items etc available. Facilities on site are superb - swimming pool was busy but the highlight for us was the Crab Claw Bar and restaurant! Drank there each night (lovely cocktails) and ate there too (excellent food). Special thanks though to the free shuttle service that you can use to get to other places in Naples - Andy was very helpful and friendly and also Demitri.

Without the shuttle service it is a short drive to any other restaurants and bars.

The hotel is beautiful and definitely tries to give out luxury vibes. We absolutely loved the grounds and attention to details, such as mosquito net on our balcony. The location is slightly off downtown area but still walkable to restaurants and beaches (additionally, the hotel does offer a free shuttle within certain radius).

We only stayed one night and really didn't notice any negatives, because maybe that the buildings are a bit dated. Perhaps one-bedroom suites could be made more family-friendly by converting dining room area into a nook with bunk beds for children.

The lobby was nice. Dinner at Claw was good, but too expensive for the meal. The bicycles were fine. The shuttle service was good w one fellow, Jeff. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The housekeeping service was swift and easy. Some staff were lovely, some seemed bothered. The arrangement was fine, but the bathroom is old and uncomfortable.

You asked if I had any requests, I said we aren’t very strong mobility-wise, don’t need wheelchairs, but this isn’t the place for older visitors or handicapped. It’s not updated, low toilet, a tub. No one wants a tub shower, gross, and not easy to get into. Trip hazard. I wouldn’t call it a resort really. I expected much more, especially at the price point. The other shuttle driver thought it was okay to use his phone while driving us five minutes. The pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t. That coffee station should be much better and it offer more and healthier options. Danish is pure sugar, not a yogurt or protein bar? The restaurant is good, but again your prices are in line for a top notch resort, this is not that. Won’t be back. Won’t be able to recommend to friends.

Such a great place! We prolonged our stay and we did not want to leave! Staff is incredible - all of them! One bedroom apartment was incredible and unbelievably clean! Pool and pool area are top. The complimentary shuttle service was so appreciated! Thank you, Fran! The Claw bar serves delicious meals! Location is unbeatable- away from the hustle and bustle, but just five minutes walk to 5th Ave. And finally, beaches in Naples are just fantastic! You would no go wrong with a stay at Bellasera Resort! Absolutely delightful!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations - the room was huge, with loads of space for our family. There were 2 bathrooms, which were great and a separate dressing space for the master bedroom. Having a washing machine and dryer was great, giving us chance to do some laundry mid trip. The kitchen was huge and extremely well equipped, with full oven, hob, microwave, huge fridge/freezer and dishwasher - plus other items like blender too. This made our stay like home from home. There were additional lovely touches like we were offered champagne on arrival. There was also fresh coffee, pastries and fruit on offer in the reception area each morning. We used the pool and gym which were nice clean spaces, which were well looked after. There is a popular restaurant and bar area, which serve a good variety of items. Staff were kind, responsive and accommodating. A really nice touch is having free shuttle bus within a 3 mile radius, plus free use of bikes and free use of beach equipment, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was fully equipped and very spacious. The service of providing lifts to the beach with beach chairs and towels was great. Unfortunately, after our first day there was a tropical rainstorm lasting 4 days and we were unable to leave the hotel due to flooding in Naples. We decided to cut our holiday short as there was little to do in the torrential rain. We were very disappointed that the hotel fully charged us for 5 days when we only stayed for 2. We understand that the rain storm was not the fault of the hotel but a little goodwill and customer service could have been shown towards us. We would have loved to have stayed in the hotel for the full 5 days.

Everything about the hotel facilities and services were great, however the lack of goodwill towards us when we had to cut our holiday short was very disappointing. We spoke with the manager and he refused to allow any partial refund.

Nice apartments. Very clean and well-maintained. Very good amenities (daily water, dishwasher tabs, etc.). Restaurant (Claw Bar) is very good. Pool is nice, although nothing special. Free of charge chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (one lady at reception was not; the one during check-in was great though). Very good location (5-minute walk to 5h avenue).

Fitness room is well located next to the pool, although too small. Not a real resort; more of a good hotel with nice apartments.

The room set up was perfect for our family. The resort staff was friendly and everything was kept in great condition. I especially loved all the little things that made our stay comfortable- water bottles/ champagne on check in, a kids toy for my baby, dishwashing detergent, free bikes and beach chair rentals… the things that other hotels will nickel and dime you for.

Strict check out at 11am. Maid was knocking on our door at 1030 and came back again at 1058 . We then get a front desk call at 11:01. All of this was in the mindset of packing up. I think a ten minute grace period would fit better with the way the rest of the hotel is run
