The Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lazaro, who let us have an early Check-In when we arrived with my 81yr.old Mom, during her Birthday weekend. Vicki and Hunter were also very Helpful, Friendly and Courteous. Our only complaint was with Oz, who needs Improvement with his attitude and welcoming reception with clients. He is not very friendly and needs work with his Public Relations Skills, especially since he is the Front Desk staff and the first person the Guests see upon Arrival. The Breakfast Buffet was Very Complete with Hot/Cold Items and it changed everyday!! Delicious!! Very Clean Facilities. Housekeeping was very Helpful and Service-Oriented!! Bar Lady was a 10!!!

Again, Oz, the Front Desk staff, needs to work on His attitude and Public Relations skills. He was not very friendly or attentive to my party. Other than that, that Staff was a 10!! Very Service-Oriented AND Helpful!! They went our of theie Way to help the Guests!!

The property is new, beautiful and rooms are spacious. Complimentary excellent breakfast. 24 hr fruit infused water, fresh fruit. Excellent gym, amenities cover everything. Nice assortment of snacks and beverages. I will stay there everytime, I come into Naples. As exceptional as the facilities are. The real shining stars are the staff. I have never met a friendlier group of people that truly care about your needs and who you are as a person. They are the brightest of shining stars at this hotel.

I loved everything about this property!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of beds and clean towels. Breakfast is varied but always plentiful. The location is great with plenty of local restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Tin City is definitely worth a visit. The staff are all so happy and attentive, and l must say a special thank you to Terry on the front desk for making everyone feel special. Great hotel.

Cleanliness. Amenities. Confort.

The woman at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience at check-out was the opposite. The man at the front desk was rude and not polite at all. Additionally, the breakfast staff was unfriendly — they interrupted us while we were serving ourselves and gave us annoyed looks, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door. The room was clean and spacious and the amenities were top tier. Only thing is I wish the pillows were not so flat but other than that it was great. I will definitely go back!

This hotel is wonderful. The hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a suite which was fabulous. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was nice to have a bar on site. The staff was very friendly. I had requested a early check-in and they were very accommodating. If you are planning a trip to Naples I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, pool was good size and well taken care of. The staff were very helpful and extremely polite. Pretty nice size pond behind the hotel you can check out and fish in.

Water pressure in our room was terrible. Not a deal breaker but it could def be worked on.

This was a brand new hotel, everything smelt new and we were the first to stay in this room. Clean and modern, the pool was lovely and a great view of the lake

No glasses in rooms. Insufficient fruits at breakfast. Towel shelf in bathroom was low. I hit my head on a sharp corner.

Breakfast was normal Hampton selection. Muffins/scones were fresh. Wish the hard boiled eggs were of the all ready peeled and packaged kind. So much easier. The struggle peeling dry eggs is no joke.
