Very clean and the staff was helpful and kind

For a 1-night stopover as we headed North from the Keys, this hotel was perfect. We were lucky enough to hit on Taco Tuesday and happy hour, which was a great bonus. The room was clean and perfectly set up. Parking was easy and plentiful. The set up at breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and plenty of food. There's a great pool with a bar, a gym and a laundry for guests to use. I honestly can't fault it.

Honestly, there was very little if anything to complain about. It seems there were more businesspeople than holidaymakers and we didn't see many kids (much to my kids' sadness), but if that's all there is to complain about, then I obviously don't get out much.

We loved everything, the location, the tranquility and peace, the service was completely satisfactory by the entire staff, wonderful and very attentive people. Although the hotel is not located near the beach, it is absolutely worth it. Just feeling comfortable in a place where you can sleep peacefully is priceless. Congratulations to that great team, and I imagine that's where the leadership comes from as well. Thank you for everything, keep it up. We will definitely be back.

This is a new property and one of the best that I've ever stayed with. Although I have stayed at many IHG properties, this was my first at a Staybridge. Will always look for one in the future. Full size kitchen with all the amenities, including dining ware. Bath amenities are home size. Everything, including the very friendly and professional staff made by stay most pleasant.

I like almost everything the place was very clean , spacious and close to everything.

I did not like that the breakfast was cold when was supposed to be hot. And was constantly empty. That’s the only area that needs to be changed for better. The rest was great. And maybe have some coffee thru the day for customers.

beach chairs would have been a perfect touch - we spent $200 for 4 beach chairs then left behind .. lack of towels at the pool

Loved the updated design, the friendly staff, the am notices like complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the kitchenette in the room with appliances.

all was fine

No bad smells on carpet or hallways. Looks pretty new and well taken care of. Had a nice kitchen that I really needed and there’s some good stores around.

Pillows were paper thin, breakfast on the second day was missing a lot of things like the fruits and yogurt. Only 1 waffle maker makes you wait a while to be able to eat

smoking in the pool bar area. I asked the front desk if it was allowed and she said definitely not. when I went back to the pool the bar tender asked the guy not to smoke. The bar tender pointed right at me ( which was inappropriate) and said she complained. Well, no one is to smoke on premises and the bar tenders should tell them no smoking. this happened 2 or 3 times and with the same happy hour customer that just drops by for happy our ( not a guest).
