The room was big and the bed confortable, the room was very clean. The location was exptional.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, there's only industrialized products, and only switch options. I think they could put other things like fruits, bread, cheese, etc.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was very spacious with a nice view. I will definitely recommend it

Pool area can use a bit job

Great parking and location, did the job well for our quick stay. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

This is a relatively small thing, but in all honesty would probably stop us from staying here again: the AC was just ridiculously loud in our room. In the Florida heat its pretty much a must have, but even on the lowest setting the noise was something else. We live on a busy street and are both tight sleepers, but it was impossible to sleep with the AC on. Some modernization updates on that front would be very welcome, we havent experienced it anywhere else.

check-in was smooth, pleasant and efficient and informative. Staff most friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable, no carpets, but tiled floors which we love for cleanliness. Ample room, a microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster and coffee pot in room. Quiet. The morning coffee was good, muffins, cereal, some fruit, protein bars available. it was what I expected. For the price $132, we thought it was a very fair stay. We ate at Brooklyn dough (bagel place) and the italian deli (can't remember name), nearby. parking was ample.

The room was huge! We had a full living area with large sofa as well as the large bedroom. Our room had direct access to the roof terrace and it was lovely sitting out there in the evening. Bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the receptionist (sorry, can't remember her name) was such a friendly, helpful lady and made us feel at home immediately. Pool area was small, but we were the only people using it so it felt like a private pool! A decent breakfast selection which I didn't know was included when I booked. Walking distance to 5th Avenue and the beach, Naples is beautiful!

The pool is next to the main road and although enclosed, it was a bit noisy. We had a bit of an issue with the water temperature in the shower - it was boiling!

It was Fabulous!!!! Hotel is modern, neat & clean and welcoming. Every staff member we came in contact with was super friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, very clean & wonderful view of streets, lovely patio & pool. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown shops & restaurants. Rode our scooters to the spectacular scenic beach (10-15 mins) Nice pickup & go breakfast…muffins, cereal, Poptarts, oatmeal, coffee, tea, coco, granola bars etc. Fantastic experience for our 2nd time. Would highly recommend.

Great location. The king suite was phenomenal!! Plenty of room to stretch out in and relax. 1 large tv in the living room and another in the spacious bedroom. Mini fridge and microwave in the room along with a 2 seater table. Plenty of storage space in the room also. Staff was friendly and parking was easy peasy. We didn't take in the breakfast as there was a restaurant down the road we went to. We'll definitely come back again in the off season for an extended period!!

Easy to find, modern hotel with onsite parking. Bedroom was very spacious, modern and well appointed. Very comfortable. We also received complementary light continental breakfast each day which was great. Good location for wandering into the centre of Naples (3rd & 5th streets) and around a 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Excellent restaurant across the road too. Nice sun deck and reasonable pool with a couple of sun loungers.

Location of the pool means it's not easy to relax round the pool as you are metres from a main highway with the accompanying noise of heavy traffic. Pool is walled but still noisy.

Naples, FL offers a prime location within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It’s a beautiful and vibrant town with a luxurious atmosphere and upscale estates.

While great for relaxation and upscale experiences, some feel the nightlife is quieter compared to larger cities. Naples caters more to retirees and those seeking tranquility, which might not appeal to younger crowds looking for variety.

Lovely hotel About 20 mins walk to the beach. Hotel gave you towels to take to the beach, we never tried the pool. Only stayed one night but the room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable There is an Italian across the road but we ate on 5th Avenue when we walked back from the beach
