Our experience was amazing. The receptionist helped us accommodate our stay for a room that is wheelchair accessible, which was spacious enough for the guest to move around the room; bathroom was also comfortable for her. She gave me tips on how to request a room that is wheelchair accessible upon booking our stay at any Marriott hotel. Thank you to everyone who made this trip special and enjoyable experience.

Our first night, we had to be moved as our AC was leaking water all over the carpet - a darling employee came up & helped us move & we were given a suite at no extra charge. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spotless. We checked out after one night thinking our AC at home would be fixed - no luck. So we checked back in & asked for the same suite. We checked out again the next day & again had to return. The woman at the desk gave me a key for a suite. I was hot, sweaty & tired. I got in the room & there was only one TV. I called the desk & the same woman said I could come get another key. FYI - she had not been friendly, no smile or eye contact.No please, thank you or sorry. And no offer to help me move. The next day I mentioned this to The supervisor, I believe her name is Alicia. She apologized & discounted our room.

Having TV's in the rooms where they should be & having the cable working properly. Only the one woman at the desk was unpleasant - everyone else was happy, friendly & helpful. If someone does not like their job - it shows. Hire only the friendly people! ANd keep the woman who cooks the breakfasts - she is awesome.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. The lady that was there most day for breakfast was super nice and very attentive!

The walls are super thin! You can hear everything. I was able to hear the TV from the rooms next door, and it didn't help that the cleaning people would speak really loudly with each other so we pretty much heard their entire conversation when they got to our floor. Luckily, we were only there 2-3 times while they were cleaning.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. When asked about an early check in, they made it happen. That is the difference to picking The Fairfield or going elsewhere. I would always recommend this location.

It offered a great breakfast, although I didn’t get time to eat it. Perhaps the next time I will get time to eat there. It’s nice to have that be part of the stay. Please retain the breakfast.

All staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and kept up well. Breakfast was better than we expected. Will stay again and would recommend to others.

The front desk clerk Annabelle was funny, informative & quick to check us in.

Everything was great. Clean, neat. Excellent breakfast. It's close enough to the beach and far enough from everyone else. You want to recharge your batteries? This is the place.

Bit disappointed with breakfast, we stay with marriotts Fairfield inn Miami and they also made changes to breakfast not as good as l previous visits.

The rooms were small, but the hotel was super clean, breakfast was excellent, quietness! Amazing!
