This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was the use of a leaf blower around the parked cars. The employee was blowing the leaves and debris off the sidewalk, onto the cars that were parked next to the sidewalk. She not only cleared the sidewalk once, but continued to walk back and forth on the sidewalk, with the blower, to irritate her husband who was standing next to the door, who was talking on his phone. I understand the hotel wants to keep the area clean, but it shouldn't be at the expense of the guests' cars. I don't know what the solution is (perhaps a leaf vacuum/mulcher would work better, as it doesn't throw the debris onto the cars). I moved my car to the parking lot, away from the sidewalk, but I shouldn't have to.

Stayed one night at **WoodSpring Suites Naples**, and it was fantastic! The place was spotless, and I really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Naples. 🏨✨

Super clean, comfortable, and highly recommended!

The hotel is easily accessed off the highway, and there are places to buy breakfast nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The complimentary coffee in the lobby was great, but they ran out of supplies. Nothing was available by the end of our stay.

Jennifer was excellent. She was helpful, accommodating and took care of us. Our room was under construction, but Jennifer quickly found us other rooms. She apologized profusely. She was clearly mortified about the situation.

No elevator operational Room door know was broken and we couldn't get out. Phone was not working. Finally called from my phone after wading through all the booking sites and a different hotel location.

The manager was incredibly helpful. He Recognized the supply of coffee cups was now missing during is during hurricane I Ian and he took it upon himself to put up a sign that he was going to the local gas station for a supply of cups for coffee at offie at which he succeeded and gave the cups out from behind the counter so they didn't get "on" misplaced or stolen actually probably again. The manager also reported that 1 of the water drains outside the building was clogged and the place was starting to flood and he himself opened up The sewer drain and unplug the leaves from within and saved the entire 1st floor from flooding. And then the manager continued being incredibly helpful by showing incredible patienweigh incredible patience heroic patience with a client who was pressing and pressing for further and much more in depth information information and he was incredibly patient s*** and supply much information to this client.Because the hotel was fully booked during H. IVAN

cost, cleanliness and location

the portable shower head in the handicapped accessible room leaked and shot water all over the bathroom. it was a disaster but not the fault of the staff on duty. the night desk attendant was extremely accommodating and brought extra towels so I could dry the bathroom. no exaggeration: the water was EVERYWHERE. But hey, in the grand scheme of things was it really that big of a deal? No especially when I compare it to what the people of Ukraine are going through. we survived, it was only water but management needs to get on top of that. it’s bad. I also know that they’re aware of that because the night attendant even said that this has been a problem in that room. So management knows about this they just haven’t done anything about it yet at least I’m assuming that is the case

The manager and her crew are very people. They made me feel like was at home.
