We really enjoyed the breakfast -the kids could make their own pancakes and waffles, they had an omelet station, but also different types of pastry, fresh fruit with yogurt, cereal, bread rolls with different spreads. The room was very well-sized, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly: they helped us change rooms after one day without any problem, they helped us find our lost converter. They provide free shuttle service within 3 miles (I think), which is very convenient to get to Vanderbilt Beach or any restaurants in the surroundings without having to take the car. They also provide free beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The parking is extensive. There is a CVS, and a mall with several other shops right next door, very easy to just walk there for any need.

The pool is a bit on the small side, which was not a problem for us, as we were almost the only ones, but can become a problem if the hotel gets very busy or if many children are playing all at the same time.

Great location close to the beach, shops and plenty of restaurants. Hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach every hour until 7 pm with free beach chairs and umbrella. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are gracefully decorated, spacious and clean. Pool overlooking lake. Bar on premises. Overall outstanding.

The property is beautifully decorated, specially the lobby and the breakfast area. The rooms are big and very clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows . The view to the lake with the fountain is beautiful. Ample parking; nice outdoor area under the trees with tables and chairs. The pool was clean and had cold water and ice available next to it. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the beach every hour; our driver was very nice and offered us cold water bottles on our way back from the beach. There are also complimentary, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels; the driver takes care of loading everything into the shuttle Breakfast was very good, there is even live music playing during breakfast, which, together with the lake view is quite an experience. For those who like exercise, there are complimentary bicycles and a gym; and for those who don't, there are complimentary donuts on the lobby. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Hotel director-Mr. Robert Keane- is very helpful and kindness during our stay on 07/10-07/14/2024. He's willing to listen to anything from us and treat us as family members. The first night when we got in the room there was a minor issue from the sink. Mr. Robert Keane quickly to respond and offering 1 night free for our inconvenience (We had to repack and moved to other room at the same night). I never report this issue to booking.com or asking for any compensation or making any complaint at all. We're very simple people and try to do everything right. Mr. Keane just did what he had to do as a director in charged. We're very please and definitely to stay at Inn Pelican again for next trip. I strongly recommended this Inn. We're ver happy for everything Thank you to the owner of The Inn Pelican Bay who employed the great staff Robert Keane and others.

Quiet location , nice view , comfortable bed and pillows . Breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruits, you can have omelettes cooked as to your liking, you can make your own waffles and pancakes.

I have to go back to the reception because I booked a king sized bed with balcony overlooking the pond but was given a 2 beds without a balcony and view. I have asked for a quiet room because based on the previous review the lift was quite noisy . Anyway, the room was sorted but I was given a room right next to the lift. Luckily though , the hotel wasn’t too busy and after 11pm the lift wasn’t in use.

This hotel is amazing for a family vacation .Very clean and nice decorated in its style. If you are looking for relaxing place this is a really good option. We have been there 3 times and always comeback. Publix at the corner is a big deal . The staff is very nice and friendly specially Marilyn the breakfast girl that pleased us with excellent omelettes in the mornings. The beach shutter Guy is super cool! He helped us with the beach umbrellas and chairs . This is a service that almost any hotel in Florida gives to the customers and it is already included. At least for me that have kids is a plus.

Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were always on hand to offer recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which really enhanced my stay. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel. Well maintained with many amenities. Unsurpassed customer service and excellent daily breakfast with omelette station and much more ! We arrived on 9/12/24 and were upgraded to a king lake view room. Nice pool with complimentary towels. Speaking of the complimentary towels they also provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrella plus an hourly shuttle to the beach only 1 mile away. There is also a Publix and CVS behind the property and the fantastic Mercato diagonally across US41. Location in North Naples is convenient to beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. I highly recommend this boutique hotel !

Everything is beautiful and well taken care of. Small getaway hotel near Vanderbilt beach. Hotel provides shuttle services every hour to the beach and back. Water is provided at any time, chairs and umbrella that are of good quality as well. We really enjoyed the hotel, the breakfast, coffee at anytime, and staff very friendly, fast to help you out and a really good and hard working shuttle driver. We will definitely come back again.

Only the pool when we arrived the water was not clear and the jacuzzi not working. We understand that maybe repairs might need to be made.
