The surrounding area is really nice. The location right next to the marina makes it a very nice place to wake up. Also the area is very afluent and features a lot of nice cars and mansions. Neither the beach, nor 5th Avenue with a lot of upscale restaurants are far away. The room itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Overall very recommendable. Would totally stay there again.

I really don't like the concept of the mandatory resort-fee. If it's not optional, it should be included in the room rate. If I book a room for like $300 a night, the first thing I wanna hear from the hotel is not "actually, it's $30 more ...". That should be abolished.

Cleanliness of room, friendly staff at front desk and housekeeping. Newly remodeled room. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and beach. Good casual restaurant behind hotel.

Broken elevator had to walk up to third floor to get to room.

Did not have the view that’s listed. Bed was very uncomfortable. I found out each unit is owned independently so it’s not the responsibility of the complex but the owner. Still the bed was terrible!

We had the most amazing experience staying at the Cove Inn. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The location is fantastic — peaceful yet close to restaurants and the beach. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean! The on-site cafe serves a great breakfast, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Cove Inn has such a unique charm — it’s not your typical hotel, and that’s what makes it special. We can’t wait to return — it’s truly a hidden gem in Naples!

I just loved it here. The rooms are each individually designed by the owner. My accommodations were perfect. I prefer the 2nd floor and that is where they put me. Beds were comfy, and housekeeping was so good. Most rooms have a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. Towels changed out daily. Rooms made up if you want. Beach towels at the front desk to use. My balcony looked at the City Dock, and I loved the activity of all the boats and people. The chickee bar and staff there were great. Best Magarita I have had in a long time. Members only, so staying there, gets you in. So nice. Coffee shop is the best in town. Be sure to order the pancake well done. It is cash only!! Otherwise, many restaurants and shopping are all close by. I highly recommend the Cove Inn for a relaxing Naples stay. A little bit of Old Naples here, which I loved.

Toilet shower area small in the 2 units I saw. Others may be different. It is a bit difficult to use when you have mobility issues. Make sure you look at room 1st if you need it to be more accesible. Also, make sure tge TV works before you get all unpacked. This way, you won't have to pack up again and move. Nothing they could do.. It was a broken cable box.Otherwise, all was excellent. Our room was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a (limited) view of the bay. It was nice to have coffee service provided rather than having to leave the room for coffee. The bed was very comfy too! All good!

We are still "young" enough to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach our room, but with luggage it was not easy. The elevator seemed to be out of service but this is really not acceptable - particularly since many of your guests seem to be on the back side of 65 (including us!) Perhaps you should consider fixing the elevator!! Otherwise this facility is not really ADA compliant!!

Beautiful room, balcony view was lovely, restaurants on site were excellent. We loved that it was so quiet and seemed to be mostly adults. The property was well-maintained and sparkling clean. The staff at the Cove Inn were friendly and helpful (thank you, Phil). Breakfast in the Café every morning was fun and convenient, and, oh those pancakes!

Lobby construction was a bit distracting, even though we didn't spend a whole lot of time there other than waiting for a table at breakfast.

Location of property can’t be faulted. Stunning look out and surrounding gardens well kept.

All the rules and the add ons. Such as the bar and cafe only taking cash or there is a 10% charge for adding to room bill. You were given a card to be able to enter the bar and pool and told you must not show them. Room a bit tired and amenities a bit sparse. Such as there is a microwave and coffee machine but no plates or silverware, just a couple of single use paper cups. Random paint tins and spare tiles in the cupboards.

Breakfast is available but at cost as the cafe is privately run, we ate only one day and enjoyed it very much and was fairly priced. Both restaurants on site are very good. Free car parking was a bonus, Easy checking in with good info from reception guy even gave us extra coffee for the room. The Tikki bar is very good value with the pass provided by Cove at check in.

Reception is still under going a makeover so some building work is ongoing .

The stay was great in terms of location and staff and dining. Overall it really was a pleasant experience but maybe because we didn't spend much time in the room per say. We definitely plan on coming back but will be more cognizant of pricing given the room conditions.

The concerns were - Noisy because we were right next to the elevator. - The lock on that specific door (318, not sure about the rest) wasn't anything but just closing the door which made it extremely easy for our toddler to run out. - We noticed a couple drops of blood on our bed sheets only after we had spent the night because it was on the underside of our covers. (this was pretty gross) - Floors and bed when we first got there were super sandy (cleaning crew came but our bed still had some) - Full dirty old trash bin when we first checked in. (not cleaned when housekeeping came by for the sand even though we mentioned it)
