The hotel and stuff is really nice and helpful. Though the hotel is a bit old, it sleeps amazing there! Rooms are pretty small but enough, and beds are narrow, but even with all this being said, we slept like babies! Each room has an ocean view. And the small park in front of the hotel is really nice, especially at night. Be aware of the sandflies at the restaurant (which is overpriced even having one of the best sunset views) which bite terriblyб and the bites then hurt and itch for a long time!

Sandflies - I hope there is something staff can do with them. Otherwise everything is good.

We've been here repeated times which tells you a lot. We love the suite room which has a TV room and a kitchenette. This was the first time we got an ocean view room and we loved it! The Turtle Club restaurant with ocean view tables has outstanding food...a little price but you are paying for the view. The pool area and garden walkway with palm trees and orchids is very nice.

Since they had to rebuild from the hurricane they should have added sound proofing to the rooms. The kitchen had sparse pots and pans, not a single non stick frying pan. The front desk staff seemed to be bothered that I used Booking.com but I explained that I looked direct and their were no ocean view rooms but there were on Booking. Also he refused to explain the $45 per day charge. The beach now is very tiny compared to before. They expanded the outdoor seating for the restaurant, too much, which takes up a lot of the beach. This was off season, can't imagine how tight the beach is during season.

We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and beach. Despite the steps, I was able to get to the beach and pool independently. My sister and her husband took us to The Turtle Club for my birthday! The food and service were amazing! What a special celebration!

I wish there was a full length mirror to check my look before going out. The bedroom was a little small. The queen size bed took up all of the space.

We really liked the hotel in front of the beach, the service on the beach, the restaurant was spectacular, the service in the restaurant, the taste of the food, the cleanliness of the room, everything was very good, I recommend it 100%

They didn't put enough towels in the room, there were 4 of us and they gave us 3 towels, also on the day we left the people who cleaned the room started knocking on the door at 9:25 AM, and the check-out was at 11:00 AM then there was a knock on the door again at 10:15 AM. If departure is at 11:00 AM, you should wait until you check out with the office to start cleaning and not be bothering early.

Loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and shopping driving distance. The room was comfy and clean for what we needed. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. Beach was less 200 ft away.

Some staff is not so friendly. Never got a good morning or hello when passing by them. Other than that, we will come back again.

We had a condo. It was amazing, very confortable. We were 2 couples. So it had 2 beautiful room with 2 complete bathrooms a huge living room and a full kitchen. We only stayed 1 night to enjoy the weekend but although we could look at the ocean it had a magnificent view of a lake you could hang out in the big terrace with a table and chair. Bed very comfortables. Super clean the whole property.

We love the easy access to the beach and the beach service.

Good location and easy approach to the beach and ocean. Clean. Beach service available from 8am to sunset. Feels pretty private. I love small kitchen in a room with all you need for cooking supplies and utensils for 4 people . Full size refrigerator. Staff usually begins set up of beach chairs and umbrellas around 7am which is perfect for “early birds”, all staff is friendly. Free beach towels. Free bicycles, 7 min ride to plaza with good breakfast place, 10 min ride to the mall and grocery shopping.

My biggest problem was loud big companies with alcohol and music especially over the weekend. Because the hotel has very affordable price for staying it has attracted loud parties. I personally hate alcohol and loud music on the beach, but there is no way to avoid it if you stay in that hotel. We were in August which is low season, and it’s was packed with party on a weekend. I think it will be crazy when season comes. Therefore I thing I wouldn’t stay in the hotel one more time . Next time I rather pay more and have my good time at the beach.

EXCELLENT IS BEAUTIFUL, BECHA AND POOL IS EXTREMELY NEAR AND THE BEACH RESTAURANT IS AMAZING. THE LOCATION IS AMAZING TOO, ONLY 3 STEPS IS THE POOL AND 5 STEPS BEACH.

ONLY 1 PARKING ASSIGMENT IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I NEED 2 parking spaces, MANY HOTELS OFFER 2 PARKING

a spectacular property - overlooking the water - sunsets were amazing - the room was perfect - had everything you could want - the Turtle Bay Restaurant downstairs was the BEST food we had all holiday - it was supberb. loved loved loved the place.

We loved almost everything. When we arrived the gentlemen that checked us in were awesome. Our room was ready so they let us check in early. Which was so awesome.

We were upset that they closed the pool at 6:45. Not cool. Sadly this was a huge reason we chose the turtle club. We were also surprised and sad the girl at the front desk was clueless about how to answer our simple questions. :(
