The service in the rooms was exceptional. I felt so valued as I was traveling with my 2 boys, one a baby. I had extras of everything. Towels, bottle of water, pillows. The hotel was at a great location near everything and still quiet to sleep. The pool was warm and perfect size. Well stocked with towels and chairs. Will definitely stay there again. Easy convenience store at reception with milk for the baby, snacks.

The lounge room TV was too large for the viewing distance, hard on the eyes with extended viewing. (room 301) It was sad to go back to our favorite beach at Delnor-Wiggins SP. What once was a beautiful beach frong with ample parking & facilities, had been decimated by Hurricane Ian some 2 years ago. Restoration was still in progress. The beach itself remained the sandy, easy to get in and out of the water.

A big comfortable room with a king size bed and a big shower, very quiet. Nice restaurants and beach not far away (by car). Amazing heated pools and a great welcome from Karsen at the reception.

Quite annoying to be asked for a tip at the breakfast while it was included in the nights price. I know it is cultural but still I didn't like inside the hotel

Great location, away from the busy tourist area. Very quiet, perfect spot for a quick getaway with my spouse. Pool area was clean and not busy during our stay. Our room was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, bathroom very roomy. Definitely staying here again, I think we found our place when we come to Naples.

The a/c was a bit noisy when on, but I sleep with a sound machine so that didn't bother me.

Our stay was pleasant from the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Ms. Janavae. She was very informative about our amenities and any other questions we had about the city and hotel. She checked on us daily to ensure all was well with us. The hotel and the rooms were very clean.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the pool needing to be cleaned. Someone should have been responsible for cleaning the leaves floating from nearby trees or little dead bugs. Also, the jacuzzi was under maintenance during our entire stay.

The location of the hotel was great and I liked that the hotel had only 3 floors. Our room was quiet, clean and ready well before check in time. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice and and both times the food was awesome, especially the omelette! We used the swimming pool on the first day and it was refreshing on a hot day! We visited the Naples Botanical Garden and spent about 2-1/2 hours there walking around the trails.

We would have liked to have fresh bath towels each day. I'm not sure what the housekeeping schedule was but since we were only staying for 3 nights (Thurs-Sun) I had to ask for new bath towels on Saturday morning.

Very spacy rooms. Great swimming pool. Free coffee. We could even borrow some towels and chairs for the beach.

Comming from the center of Naples by car we have almost missed the entrance of the hotel. Would be good if a visible hotel sign is placed neer the street.

The staff was friendly , food was food and the facilities and pool were very clean .

My original room was noisy from the a/c and the view was not the best, but when I upgraded rooms I was very happy.

We were looking for a hotel close to Naples but not too far away from Fort Myers Beach and Estero. With the DoubleTree Suites in North Naples, we found the perfect hotel. The staff was really nice, the room was clean & spacious and the facilities were perfectly maintained (especially the pool was really nice). Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
