The breakfast was great but it could have been included in the price
The property was a bit dated and the room was small. With all the plastic pollution in the world, I like the hotels that have alternatives to all the plastic bottles (such as Edition in Tampa).

The room and the amenities is amazing! The service is excellent! The pool for the kids is spectacular! The food is really good too. You can go to the beach and have the same experience in Ritz Carlton beachfront.

I was here for a memorial service for my brother's father-in-law. My brother and his wife live in Tiburon which was the primary reason that I selected the Ritz - it was very convenient and with several activities at my brother's home and nearby surrounding areas - this was the perfect location.

We enjoyed the pool and slides and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Great pool, water park, and lazy river. Food is tasty. Very attentive staff. Morning breakfast buffet is delicious. Clean.
Cost of stay, it is very expensive. Food and drinks are also expensive. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable, even the kids said so.

Everything is beautiful and clean and excellent staff
The access to the beach is terrible and the service at the Ritz next to the beach is really bad, they asked us for an extra amount for umbrellas and the attitude was humiliating

The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort is a beautiful property. The staff could not have been any nicer, and everything is very clean and beautiful.

Staff was very courteous through out the property. Michael and Christian on the Club Level were excellent and helpful with our requests.
Poor signage throughout particularly regarding restaurants. Surprised there were few restaurants in a resort of this caliber.
