Really nice and safe place; good communication with clear instructions for after-hours arrival. I enjoyed the pool and the well maintained grounds. A help-yourself breakfast was a pleasant bonus.

A family with a noisy child were in the pool all day (not the hotel's fault), when I politely asked the noisy folks to let the grownups enjoy the pool in peace and quiet for a short while, they immediately complained to the 'Deputy Manager', who had a go at me for no good reason. That was unpleasant

This is a small privately owned property that so represents old Florida style. Extremely clean, excellent value for the dollar, full of character and exceeded all of our needs. If you choose not to stay on the beach, this is a fantastic alternate. Very close to groceries, etc. and only 15 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach or the state Park beach. Easy to access 75 North for the airport or South to Marco and across the state.

No negatives here. If you are looking for the Ritz, it’s 15 mins (and $$$$$) away. If you’re looking for old Florida charm you knew as a youngster/young adult, you found it here. Old Florida at its best..

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The scenery was everything lush, green, peaceful, and picture-perfect. The grounds were so well kept, and everything was spotless. The room was super clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You could really tell they pay attention to the little details. But what really touched my heart was the staff. I accidentally left behind a doll I’ve had since I was 3 years old something incredibly sentimental to me. I was devastated when I realized it was missing. But thanks to their amazing housekeeping and front desk team, they found it and made sure it was returned to me safely. That kind of care and kindness is rare. I’m so grateful and will definitely be returning!

Initially my attitude to this was as to a roadside motel with a good review but I was surprised. Polite and friendly staff, clean, everything is updated and the most amazing thing is the inner garden with a lot of vegetation and places to relax in the shade of plants. In the inner garden you can spend the whole day relaxing by the wonderful clean and deep pool which also has inflatable toys for children EVERYTHING IS GREAT I RECOMMEND

The staff are very friendly. The facilities are very clean. The location is great. The breakfast was simple but good. Very clean and nice in a little gazebo. I would stay again but would like it to be updated first.

The actual rooms and the office, the building is very old and needs some updates. The air conditioning, although it work it didn’t cool down enough even when running continuously. Had to close the door to the bathroom and the closet in order for it to cool down a little. Naples Florida is a place where you need great air conditioning. The pool was small but. I’ve but closes too early.

The included continental breakfast was very nice and included juices and fruit cups. It even included Biscotti and fresh fruits! The breakfast was in a separate building surrounded by the gorgeous gardens and was a round building with a thatched roof and sliding doors and windows all around and was air conditioned as well. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast here!

I can't think of anything...they thought of everything that we enjoy!

The room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the closets was very confortable, clean and big. I love the view of my back door full windows! The beautiful garden view, swings and benches, picnic tables with gas grills, amazing around the pool! This definitely is my family stay destination in Naples!

Breakfast equipment need to be improve, because right now they have only one toaster for everybody! Breakfast type is simple continental. No eggs. But no bad.

We highly enjoyed our stay. We had a very ample room for our family of five with direct access to the pool. We loved the kitchenette as really convenient. Comfortable beds, good A/C. All very clean. Good breakfast in a cozy gazebo. Front Desk Associate Ms. Meghan was really nice and attentive, answered all our questions and gave us helpful information regarding activities in Naples. A plus is that is pet friendly and even when we couldn't take our fur baby this time, we saw many families enjoying with their doggies.

From the start, friendly staff saying help yourself to coffee and cookies whilst waiting to check in. The room was extremely comfortable with chairs and tables outside on which you could have yourselves drinks etc. New developments outside the breakfast room which was adequately stocked for the inclusive breakfasts.

Well nothing really. If there was anything it was strange after rain though that it dripped from the higher terrace onto the lower one.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful and were clearly trying to make our stay as nice as possible. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with everything we needed to get a good start on our day - juices, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, bagels, cheese, sweet options, PB, jam, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt etc. The room was very spacious, bright, and especially clean and many of the rooms are on the ground floor with parking outside the room, which was very handy. There's a lot of trees and other plants around the outside of the complex and inside in the courtyard where the breakfast pavillion and the pool are. It's a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere! It was very easy to find coming from the airport down I-75 and easy to get to "downtown" Naples, restaurants and the beaches! We didn't use the AC as it was quite cool outside, but it was there!
