A wonderful, cosy and very-well equipped flat in a quiet and relaxing environment

Check-in: we arrived at the property at 2:15 pm but were told at the reception that check-in time was 4 pm. So we decided to go shopping and returned at 4:15 pm but our villa was still not ready and we eventually got our keys at 4:41 pm. When asking if we could then leave the property later than the established 11 am check-out time, the receptionist replied he would talk to the manager. We stayed two nights at the residence but received no feedback from the management nor a word of apology. This is rather unusual as we find American people to be generally very friendly. On the day of our departure, we eventually left the property at 11 am thus observing the check-out rules set by the hotel management but we would expect that the same rigidity is applied with respect to the check-in time.

Spent the the afternoon and night there. We arrived early to relax and get ready to go to a family birthday dinner on Marco Island. Other family members had stopped by and were as impressed as we were, at the spaciousness and beauty of the unit. I personally went to put something in the refrigerator and was surprised at how new and clean it was. Everything was spotless, beds comfortable, tv worked well too. Would definitely go back without hesitation and would highly recommend anyone to go there. Due to the tropical storm that weekend we could not enjoy the pool.

Facilities and staff were excellent. We had a problem and they were very helpful and straightened it out. Lovely area and the golf was the best! Would definitely stay again.

The roof on our building was being replaced and the staff was unaware of the construction schedule. We had constant banging during our three night stay and were asked to move our car without notice and while we were all showering after golf! There were pieces of the roof being thrown in front of our door and the dumpster was parked right outside there for 3 days so we had to park several building down and had difficult access to unit. The staff, however, was not informed of this and was very apologetic. We received compensation for our problem.

The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We particularly liked having a large outdoor balcony with table and chairs to have meals outside, with lovely views over the golf course. The pool was lovely, nice and warm, the hot tub was fantastic. My husband and daughter enjoyed the free use of bikes, and we also borrowed sunshades and sunchairs for the beach. Great location, near to a Publix, numerous restaurants and a short drive to the beach and Naples Centre.

It is an excellent and relaxing resort, very comfortable and beautiful units.

The only thing I would say about this specific unit is that in the shower, the faucet handle doesn't work properly, either hot or cold on both bathrooms, and a used towel was left hanging on the door in the main bathroom 😔 ...

We were there for a funeral on Marco Island. Arrived late the night before, spent pretty much the whole day on Marco, then left early Monday. Therefore did not get to use any of the facilities. Wished I didn't have to pay resort fee,

The property is fantastic all around! We were in a 2 bedroom condo and everything was perfect! The rooms were very spacious and we had everything we needed .. huge kitchen and fridge, in unit washer and dryer, pool towels, etc. The pool is amazing and so is the hot tub! 10 out of 10!

Spacious apartment, great for family with older teens, plenty of space inside and out. Set in a huge golfing resort but very close to lots of eating out options and supermarkets instead if you wish to cook. Short drive to Marco Island and beaches.

The location was amazing! The apartment was super clean & it had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The area around the resort was kept very clean and tidy, beautiful swimming pool. We wish we could have stayed longer as we love Naples, amazing place , very safe and friendly people.

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. We loved the unit. It was clean, had more than we needed, and was so comfortable. The pool was great for the kids, and there were many shady spots for the adults. We will be back!!
