The location is perfect for going to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel - Captiva Islands beaches. The motel is lovely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. I also liked the al fresco breakfast, it might be too Continental for some. Again, especially the outside is nice to sit in the evening or during the day at the waterfront or in the nice garden.

Well, the receptionist has gone to no length to make one feel welcomed

Love the location, and the courtyard was pretty and clean, as was the pool. Cute decorations. Paid for larger room, as we wanted two beds, girls weekend out, but we didn't cook, if a longer stay, would've been helpful.

Although the room upon entering looked clean there was a huge (how do you miss it) cobweb above my bed, and in the bathroom, we had to kill mosquitoes the first night (we arrived at 11 pm), loved it was outside entry and our room was in courtyard, but our entry lock was tricky, and noticed a screw was loose. The breakfast didn't have much GF options. Breakfast bars do come in GF. It's all continental. Coffee good and large cups. Had to park on street first night. Text messages should have mentioned this. Room was Very pricey!

What a fantastic, fun property! We loved the location, slightly removed from the crowds. We spent our days at the much quieter Bunche Beach that was about a 7-min drive (no problem parking when we arrived by 10am). We stayed in room 303, which was perfect for our family of 4–full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom, pull-out sofa bed. Beautifully designed public spaces for lounging, continental breakfast with variety of options. Overall a great vibe and great find!

The breakfast is nice - bagel, pastry, yogurt and granola etc. grab n go. Coffee, juice and milk. Love the courtyard very beautiful and peaceful. A short drive to the beach and restaurants. A Publix grocery close for shopping. A grill for grilling nice option. Plates and cups in room for use.

Beds are nice but could be a bit more cushy. Paying for parking at the beach and restaurants.

Keyless entry, we were able to arrive at any time, which made for easy n uncomplicated arrival and a no rush stress-free time! Breakfast was a beautiful outside waterfront experience. The room was clean, cozy n comfortable. ✨️ my son was just stationed at Coast Guard base, which was 6 minutes away from this location, and made it close to him, beaches and great dining locations, as well as many different attractions. Was a great hotel for our needs for this transition to get my son to his new apartment. Service dogs accepted, made this stay absolutely perfect and the price was on point! Loved the seating available outside but the water with shade for day seating and fireplace option for evening seating

Super cute and loved the outside set up.

Our room was great except the AC for the main area was not working. Told them about it the day we checked in and no one came to look at it. Thank goodness the one in the bedroom worked otherwise it Okie have been miserable the whole time. Also, no smoking on property, we had to walk out to the street because the smoking area was by the dumpster.

Cool beachy hotel on the marina, lots of plants and flowers. We really liked that there were many places to sit and visit and that there was a smoking area. We walked to a Tiki BBQ restaurant and did karaoke, but it was kind of isolated if you didn't have a car. I think we would have really enjoyed the hotel more if we had arrived earlier or stayed longer, the pool looked really inviting. Great directions on keyless entry but we really kind of missed out on talking to anyone affiliated with the hotel.

Breakfast!!! Coffee horrible. Orange juice horrible. We were told you were at 100% capacity and ran out of breakfast sandwiches in 15 minutes. My husband and I were out there at 8:30 when it started and he got one and by 845, our best friends came out and they were gone.

Tye hotel has good basic amenities. It is situated on a very busy road with constant traffic, but the garden and the little marina at the back allow for a little privacy away from the road.

Continental breakfast just right. I like the relaxing areas around the property. I love the garden and the gas fired close to the water. It was beautiful and unexpensive. We did marshmallows at night.

I didn’t see a shower to rinse at the pool. I wish they had have more kayaks and better ones. We couldn’t do it kayaking bec there only two and not in big enough and they were in bad condition too.
