Staff were friendly. A clean hotel. Breakfast was mostly edible, but after 9 nights, it was repetitive... The gym was quite good. Parking area good. Location convenient for a number of routes. Bed comfortable.

Room aircon was very noisy with no fan speed control. The hotel room was not vacuumed in 9 nights.Traffic noise takes some getting used to as the hotel is extremely close to the 82. Repetitive breakfast... The bar area could be more welcoming and limited choice. Our ordered food was not very nice and limited in choice. Bar coffee machine didn't work. Sorry to staff, but some reception staff on their smart phones at the reception desk for hours is annoying to guests. Doesn't look good. English communication was occasionally poor. Shouldn't this be a staff requirement along with Spanish....

Conveniently located near by my daughter. Easy access to the highway and nearby conveniences. Staff and amenities were very nice and very accommodating. I felt comfortable and safe there being a solo, female traveler.

The rooms are a little dated and initially, the room smelled a little stale. I do like the wood ledges though because they have good utility. After awhile being there, the smell didn’t bother me as much anymore. The door to the closet was broken and the room phone didn’t work for the first day. The vent is a little loud and a bit too close to the bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Overall, it was a breeze, and I felt completely comfortable throughout. The quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable price I paid per night. The added bonus of having breakfast included was fantastic – it's always a plus when a hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

While my overall experience was great, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. One day, the towels and rags weren't replaced, and the WiFi was a bit unreliable. Despite these hiccups, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciate the positive aspects of the experience. Just a heads up for improvement!

Love how comfortable the beds were and how clean the entire building was. Staff was very friendly no matter the hour of the day and courteous.

My room seemed to get warmer on the last night of my stay. The temperature in the room increased by 2 degrees and nothing could be done about it. Also, my teen was not able to play his game console. Staff was not knowledgeable on how to help him get to the input function on the TV to connect his game console.

We liked everything overall, wonderful experience. Nice staff Cleveland S great pricing communication of a 100% and we will be back. We will be back for future days. For future stays.

We liked everything the only complaint is the night time. Staff told us we had to leave the pool at 11 PM because it was closed. Staff kicked us out of the pool, but then when we came back out a little later, they had the whole wedding party that was staying there in the pool swimming and having a blast.

The lobby was very nice and clean and looked updated.

Our room was a little outdated and wallpaper coming off the walls. I’m sure our room wasn’t the unit one. Also the people on the floor above us was loud and running around the room. Very disrespectful.

I loved how clean the room was and had every amenity you would need during traveling. The extra blanket in the closet was not comfortable but we always bring extra blankets so we worked it out .

We did not enjoy the breakfast that was advertised when we booked our room . we woke up to the fire alarm and we were not told by the staff to evacuate out ! A random guest knocked on our door to say we needed to evacuate so we were not able to eat breakfast but no one from the staff came out to say anything! we thought someone would call us to apologize or say something about what happened! We left after the fire truck came to the hotel ! We had to go finish getting dressed in a gas station parking lot and had breakfast somewhere else ! I would stay again because of the perfect room and amenities !

It was a good price and staff were very nice.

The carpet in my room had huge stains all around the door. We had stayed in another room on 11/22/23 and that room was very nice also but the carpet had stains also. I think it is time for some carpet cleaning or replacement. I don’t like feeling like I can’t take my shoes off.

The location was perfect in regards to where I was visiting. I like that there are two convenient stores within walking distance. The hotel being near the interstate was a plus. Room was big enough for me. Thankful it was dog friendly.

Simple hotel easy in and out. the staff was amazing and helpful. Will go back based on the staff alone. Also a great breakfast.

The bathrooms could use a makeover. And a bit more detail to the room cleaning would go along ways. Open the curtains and let in fresh light.
