Staff were friendly. A clean hotel. Breakfast was mostly edible, but after 9 nights, it was repetitive... The gym was quite good. Parking area good. Location convenient for a number of routes. Bed comfortable.

Room aircon was very noisy with no fan speed control. The hotel room was not vacuumed in 9 nights.Traffic noise takes some getting used to as the hotel is extremely close to the 82. Repetitive breakfast... The bar area could be more welcoming and limited choice. Our ordered food was not very nice and limited in choice. Bar coffee machine didn't work. Sorry to staff, but some reception staff on their smart phones at the reception desk for hours is annoying to guests. Doesn't look good. English communication was occasionally poor. Shouldn't this be a staff requirement along with Spanish....

Conveniently located near by my daughter. Easy access to the highway and nearby conveniences. Staff and amenities were very nice and very accommodating. I felt comfortable and safe there being a solo, female traveler.

The rooms are a little dated and initially, the room smelled a little stale. I do like the wood ledges though because they have good utility. After awhile being there, the smell didn’t bother me as much anymore. The door to the closet was broken and the room phone didn’t work for the first day. The vent is a little loud and a bit too close to the bed.

I didn't like that there was not a hotel information sheet in the room. We couldn't locate the ice machine and couldn't call the front desk from the room to get info. The preprogrammed numbers in the room phone didn't work. A hotel info sheet (list of phone numbers, ice machine locations, wifi info, etc) would have been helpful. Also, the beds were not comfortable to me. The mattress was extremely soft and sat pretty low to the floor.

Breakfast was great. Exactly how I eat at home.

I wish there was a food option other than breakfast. After driving all day, getting in the car to drive to a fast food or take away type food establishment has zero appeal. I made do with a glass of wine, banan and bag of chips for dinner, A salad or soup, even if prepackaged would have been preferable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Overall, it was a breeze, and I felt completely comfortable throughout. The quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable price I paid per night. The added bonus of having breakfast included was fantastic – it's always a plus when a hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

While my overall experience was great, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. One day, the towels and rags weren't replaced, and the WiFi was a bit unreliable. Despite these hiccups, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciate the positive aspects of the experience. Just a heads up for improvement!

Love how comfortable the beds were and how clean the entire building was. Staff was very friendly no matter the hour of the day and courteous.

My room seemed to get warmer on the last night of my stay. The temperature in the room increased by 2 degrees and nothing could be done about it. Also, my teen was not able to play his game console. Staff was not knowledgeable on how to help him get to the input function on the TV to connect his game console.

Overall property is clean. Staff is friendly.

Definitely breakfast options. Limited options and without flavor. I’m a vendor in work with foodservice and I’m sure your location can add value to the breakfast experience (food) for that reason I left some samples what we offer.

We liked everything the only complaint is the night time. Staff told us we had to leave the pool at 11 PM because it was closed. Staff kicked us out of the pool, but then when we came back out a little later, they had the whole wedding party that was staying there in the pool swimming and having a blast.

The lobby was very nice and clean and looked updated.

Our room was a little outdated and wallpaper coming off the walls. I’m sure our room wasn’t the unit one. Also the people on the floor above us was loud and running around the room. Very disrespectful.

The location was perfect in regards to where I was visiting. I like that there are two convenient stores within walking distance. The hotel being near the interstate was a plus. Room was big enough for me. Thankful it was dog friendly.
