The staff was wonderful..but Andrea Zurita guest svc manager was exceptional. Had a problem checking out and she was there to assist me though it all. There were some obstacles in the system preventing me from checking out ,but she was by my side never leaving even when other guest were there checking out she was able to multitask so no one was neglected so everyone was happy. I'm so grateful for her. Thanks so much.
It took us 1 hour to locate booking.com customer service number and to speak with a representative. The number on the app is not a good working number for customer service. Once I finally spoke with a representative she was kind, thoughtful and very apologetic. Other then that a had a fabulous time

The front desk service was phenomenal. Damian answered all the questions we had and gave me tips on booking rooms. He also introduced me to the Marriott app to build points for future bonuses.
No issues. Everything was great.

Our room was located on the second floor, by a stairwell. With this location we had little to no noise coming from that area. What noise we did have was from the room above us.
That we were not able to stay longer. Our stay was limited due to our family needs.

Clean, friendly, efficient & comfortable. Staff accommodated us early as Hurricane Idalia approaching & we left home for our safety.

Location and cleanliness are two great things about this location.
I didn’t like the bed size (King), hotels must have different definitions of mattress sizes. Also, the sofa bed is a single. The room was small. There wasn’t enough room for a family of four. The hotel also does not have rollaways. Just FYI if traveling with more than 2 people in your party.

It is a very nice Hotel. Looks new and it’s very comfortable. There was a King bed and a sofa. For me it’s very important the cleanliness and it definitely reached my expectations. I’m very happy that we stayed there. Easy parking too. Staff super polite and friendly.
