Stayed 4 nitghts in beginning of February. Bed quality was very good and comfortable, one of the best bed I had expereinced in my hotel stay.. Breakfast was good full breakdfast, Room was very new, clean and roomy.

Room was fully booked at the time of checkin and it took much longer than estimated time when I showed up earlier than 3PM and had to wait for 3 hours to get the room. The impaired room was assgined but shower was very weak and mulfunctioning even if I pooring the water in the bath tub, it does not stop. (after 2 days I was switched to normal room with shower.)

The bed was super comfortable and the fact that there is a kitchen in the room is perfect, especially when you stay longer

Whenever you have a do not disturb on your door they would not come back later to clean your room anyway. So my whole stay my room haven't been cleaned. It was fine since I was by myself so didn't run out of towels but I left my room every day around 11AM so they could have cleaned after that time instead of 9AM or not at all

Absolutely lovely brand new suite hotel on the outskirts of fort meyers By the motorway but the sound proof means you can’t hear a thing great little kitchen with everything you need we were very happy here

Great staff, clean and other guests pleasant at breakfast. Stayed with wife and 3 grandchildren under 11 years old

Pool could have been a lot warmer. Said heated, but maybe only by the sun? Too cold for the kids and adults didn’t try it due to temp. Inside pool. Ran out of scrambled eggs the one morning.

Great location, good-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, and a nice variety of breakfast options,

No hot tub or indoor pool. Weather was too cool to use the outdoor pool when we were there. A hot tub would have been a nice option.

Breakfast was OK. Staff were helpful. Location was good. Rooms were nice & comfortable

Eggs were less than desirable. Not enough seating for breakfast.

Everything was outstanding, the staff was wonderful. The staff should be proud of them selfs. We will be back.

The property was very clean and modern the beds were very comfortable and the staff is always super friendly

The parking lot can fill up quickly and may have to park far from the entrance

Very clean, nice breakfast, easy to access from I 75. Hotel seems to be very new or at least is kept that way

Need more fruit and yogurt and less sugar type cereals
