No breakfast offered supplied my own food and beverages and ice,!! Very quiet didn’t have any issues with loud noises or neighbors. Pool was quite nice

Hotel was very stingy with the ice. No self serve machines.Nothing in room no coffee/dish soap/broken coffee pot. All 3 beds were spring type every mattress was worn out with big worn out spot in middle , very challenging to sleep on such a worn out mattress,!! dehumidifier sounded like a freight train in the middle of the night. Did not bother with the out dated tvs that were in the room could not get one in living room to work didn’t waste my time trying to make it work . I have not seen a tube style tv in at least 10 years, very outdated. Carpet in room was so dirty , after getting out of the shower ad walking back and forth a few times our feet were BLACK as if we were walking on an Ink pad! ??

Very happy with the location for my visit this past weekend. The room met my expectations. The 2-bedroom room was large and accommodated both couples well with a living room/kitchen in between the rooms. tv's were in all 3 rooms. Both bathrooms were spacious, showers were hot and a/c was cold. Parking was plentiful. Across the highway was a Moose Lodge which we were able to check out (as members) on our stay. All the staff we encountered were patient & super friendly. Pool looked inviting but we never got a chance to use it.

I wasn't a fan of everyone in the party having to give up their personal ID at check-in. The person responsible for paying is sufficient ID. Why do they need 4 ID's? Inside the elevators were very warm as well as the hallway to the room on the 5th floor.

Convenient location, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc nearby. Having a kitchenette was good. Sizable room, comfortable bed, separate living/dining/kitchen area Pool was clean, decent sized (a couple of umbrellas would be good). Staff is helpful -24/7 front desk coverage Vending machines for snacks Free parking

Dated property, including the rooms. A/C functional but loud. Same with dehumidifier (super loud). Room lighting is not enough. They charge you a deposit, mostly for smokers (not a credit card hold, actual charge). And supposedly refund it when they clean the room. Didn't get it yet but will check, I feel that's not a necessary thing, just make me sign something that says I'll be charged a special cleaning fee if there's evidence of smoking. Overall it's adequate.

WE love the location of this hotel and we love the queen suite room set-up. It works well for our group to have 2 separate rooms and 1 joining living room space with kitchen. We never need to use the kitchen except for the refrigerator portion but that living area is great space. Bathrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. A/C works well in all rooms. The floor is quiet. we enjoyed the pool this visit as well

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Good location with ample parking. Kitchenettes are good to have available for longer stays. A little more reasonably priced than other nearby hotels in this outrageously high-priced economy.

Dish soap could have been provided since it's considered a liquid for anyone flying with a carry-on. No coffee/water provided in lobby like most hotels.

Everything was great, we love the two-room suite and the staff, especially Jeremiah and Pam at the front desk, are exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious, and every need was anticipated. Great WiFi and clean towels every other day.

My only disappointment was the bedding - the bedspreads are from the 1980s and the blankets on the queen and double beds fit like they are made for twin size beds. If the hotel upgrades its bedding to include soft fluffy comforters that are made for the size of the beds, it will get 5 stars from me across the board!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is central to a lot of places.

The room they put us in at 1st was not acceptable and after a talk with the manager he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

We has a suite that had just been refurbished so it was beautiful and fresh enjoyed everything

The corridors could be upgraded but I believe they are doing this the staff were very helpful and our suite was lovely

Everything is clean and that to me is important . The staff was friendly Megan was very helpful. The location is very good . Access to many places and not far at all from the beach .

The building is old and needs some TLC , but all is clean .

It's an older hotel, needs updates, 2 TV's in room where old box sets, towels are the thin cheap kind. Shower head old barely shot water out. Shower curtain didn't keep water in, floor was wet. AC in main room didn't cool but units in bedrooms did.
