I liked your blue lights behind the headboard ans I liked your breakfast.

They didn't have any record of my booking thru Booking.com. Luckily I had the paprework with me to prove I booked the room. I locked myself out of my room in my underpants and the maid wouldn't open the door for me. They called a supervisor up there and she wouldn't open the door for me either. They made me go down to the front desk where other people were checking in to get a new key. I was totally embarrassed. Then on the second day of my stay when I came back to my room my key didn't work. I had to go down to the desk to get a new key again. Luckily I made it to the bathroom on time.

This hotel had everything we needed and more, great pool, the breakfast was (as my 13 year old said) the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Lots of hot and cold options and the coffee was really good! The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Bonnie. She informed us of local restaurants etc and helped us with all the accommodations we needed for our stay. She has a great customer service ethic! We very much enjoyed our brief stay here and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Omg Matthew was super nice. He greeted me with a smile. Told me about the breakfast in the morning. We talked and laughed. The hotel was clean and neat. The breakfast crew was super nice and friendly. The whole staff was nice.

The only thing I didn’t really like is my bath tub had someone else hair. And the bath tub probably wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom wasn’t remodeled like everything else. But the beds and everything else was fine

Your wait staff at the front desk, and the breakfast area are exceptional! Hotels very clean and in a nice area close to good restaurants. Molly and Paige were so nice and made me feel like I was right at home. I didn't use the pool but I know it was heated, which would have been nice! We only stayed two nights, but I would highly recommend it and definitely would stay there again.

I loved that it was nice and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. Especially the lady Mary Jane that checked me in . She was awesome. So was Martin. I think he is the manager. The beds are so comfortable. I love the fact that they put soft or firm pillows on the bed. The breakfast was good too.

I didn't like the fact I only stayed one night. I wish O could have stayed there all week.

The breakfast and the staff at the breakfast area were very nice and welcoming.

While I was doing the check in the girl in the front was stretching her back as I said good evening, she asked me to wait for her to finish stretching before she could talk to me. Also the room was not clean. Lots of hair from the previous customer and even in the refrigerator food from previous customer.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and entertainment. They accommodate a dog. We were moving here, but until we picked up a guest bed, we had an empty house. It was just what we needed for the final night of our travels to move to Cape Coral.

Our dog was with us. After I took her potty, I wanted a cup of coffee. I couldn’t leave the dog in the room alone. I took her just to grab the coffee, and the manager told me in an unfriendly tone that the dog couldn’t enter the area with the dog. She stepped away from the lobby, and watched me the entire time. She did the same when we were leaving. She stepped away from the front desk to ensure I didn’t enter the area where coffee and juice was.

I liked that the hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations in that manner. The rooms were immaculate, the dining area for breakfast was neat and clean. I like the man that checked me in, he was kind and patient. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was delicious. The breakfast had a nice variety, except they were out of eggs when I got to the buffet.

I did not like the snarky red head who yelled at not only my siblings but the gentlemen that were behind them. It was 11pm, we were checking in and she came out and literally yelled at everyone to be quiet because she was "trying to do her job". Granted, everyone was a little loud but the ceilings are high and the noise travels. There are ways to talk to your clientele, and while I feel that she was probably in a bad position with people being loud, there are ways to handle it more professionally. Everyone else that we encountered was pleasant and professional.
