great view

Everything was very impressive however during the check out process the front desk ladies were great the morning shift bell boy didn’t want to assist w bringing the cart so I struggled with simply placing it in the elevator. then as I was struggling to get the cart filled with things into the elevator 2 bellboys on my floor were just talking laughing. customer service during check out time was not very pleasant like the others.

Very large rooms and bedrooms. High end and very uptodate. Very clean. Valet parking was extremely efficient.

15 minute wait for an elevator at times!!! This was bad enough that people would walk down the stairs and we were on the 24th floor. There are 4 elevators so we don’t understand why they have such delays. If arriving by car the driveway is extremely poorly marked. The resort fee, the parking fee, the cleaning fee, and various other fees and taxes are such that the actual per diem cost is almost 100% higher than the quoted daily rate.

I was concerned about all the bad reviews I read on the website. There was good ones and bad ones, specially related to the elevator. I was not on the mood to wait 30 minutes the elevator. Besides that, everything looked good. I took a shot and decided to booked half of the days I should stay in Miami, just in case. In the moment that I arrived at the room, I extended to all my days right away. Everything was great, from the attendant in reception (people very warm and friendly) to the awesome room. There was not a single day I had to wait the elevators more than 1 minute. Pool is fabulous. Much better than I expected. And I travel a lot, specially to resorts. I strongly recommend this hotel. When I arrived, there was minimal issues in the room. One of the three tvs was not working, phone was not working and othe minor issues. The reception was great and fast sending a guy to check it out, but this guy was very rude. Related to the phone, he told me to contact the telecom operator. What? Besides that, there is a lot of fees. Be aware of that.

Great location , right across the street from beach. 2 pools, tennis, basketball, and more to keep everyone busy. Room was very spacious and well decorated. includes washer and dryer - a nice have for families.

Carpets, sofa in room need cleaning. there was obvious stains and overall dirty looking. Some dishes, cups also needed washing before we can use them.

Location and good to find apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Elevators!!!! we have to wait long time! In the second room closet was lock!!! Need extra cleaning stuff or vacuum ! We have to tell front desk that lamps in master bedroom and hair dryer didn’t work. They fixed it If we want to be at the swimming pool earlier than 9:30 am not towels!!!! I think towels must be ready around 8-8:30am, we have to wait until 9:30 am and Sunday until 10:00?am😱

Location is perfect. 3 min to the beach, 1 min to 7 Eleven, 5 min to Walmart.

Elevators can be super busy and slow. Cleaning service is not on a weekly basis- you have to book it in advance and it’s your problem.

First off, let me say I read EVERY review about this property and I must admit I was a little skeptical before booking. We stayed in the 1br/1bth Penthouse for 2 nights and our stay was AMAZING!!! The property is gorgeous and the ENTIRE staff was helpful and explained everything throughly to us. Our apartment was very modern and up to date with a fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked towels, paper towels, dish detergent and even though we needed more towels.. Guest services brought them to us promptly! The view from the 36th floor was amazing and you’re right next to the beaches!! Do not listen to those negative reviews without seeing this property for your self. Top notch security.. top notch service. Thanks Orlando and the entire Hyde Beach House staff. We loved it. Easily 5 stars!

The beach house was beautiful

There are fees that were not told to me when I checked in. I was told, only 150 per night was going to be charged for incidentals. When I asked them is that all they said yes. Than now your saying Im not getting back all my security back because of these taxes that are damn there 200 dollars when the room was that much. Very upset and so was another couple when checking out. Also, I have to send a email for house cleaning after I called them to service my room.

My husband and 10 month-old stayed in a 1-bedroom king suite with city view. Very comfortable, full-sized kitchen, comfy king bed and his/hers bathroom sinks with an added 1/2 bathroom in the hallway. The apartment has everything you need (the basics at least i.e. roll of paper towel, dishwashing soap, new dish sponge, iron/ironing table, safe, weight scale, hair dryer). Loved the 2 pools (but mostly the one on the 6th floor) and its DJ on the weekends. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, so it's convenient for quick/last-minute purchases as well as Publix/Walmart/Starbucks just over the bridge. Valet parking was convenient (tip: we called the car ahead of time before going downstairs), but a bit pricey ($30 overnight). Liked that hotel guests were asked to wear wristbands for pool/beach access. Free Wi-Fi is a plus.

1. Noticeable scuff marks in the room (including a weird stain on one decorative pillow.) 2. Restaurant closed; therefore, no room-service (MAJOR bummer). 3. VERY SLOW turnaround time to get towels (placed call in the AM, had to request again at front desk in the evening and still waited about an hour afterwards). 4. Elevators are a bit inconvenient - you could be waiting for 15 minutes (unless you're lucky and you only wait a normal 2); either way, brace yourself with patience knowing 1 elevator is usually out of service.
