Great apartment! Clean, beautiful! Bwach chairs and umbrella, great host, comfi beds

The location. Valet parking service is good. Beach kit (sunbades and umbrella) as well and a carry on cooler.

People at reception was quite unpolite. Wifi was open for the whole building and very little signal at times. Most of the time was not connection at all within the room. Only two and super slow elevators that took forever to get in and out. Walls paper-thin which make the room very noisy and you could listen everything your neighbours were doing. It had and electric hub but not pans to cook with, so useless.

The property felt very safe, there were security gates everywhere.

This unit is not an apartment whatsoever. It’s a small accommodation similar to a hotel but with less space. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and the view from the balcony is looking directly at the neighboring properties front doors. This unit does not have a kitchen but more of a camping set up with a hot plate SMH.

Th location is great

We tried to get our tv working , but no luck. We advised the landlord on Thursday night when we arrived , and i advised the front desk and no one came to fix it . So we had no tv for our stay. Tv would not connect to the internet. Landlord was aware he said he would send someone but not one came to fix it. The water pressure in the shower was terrible . The black out curtains are not hooked properly and are falling out and the white curtains on the side are starting to look black. Bathroom wall is dirty with mascara stain, very dusty apartment., Not to happy with our stay. Will not stay there again and would not recommend . Room needs to be cleaned and upgraded . Very noisy outside with hotel guests having loud party .

Originally we booked a 1 bedroom apartment since my wife is on a strict diet and needs a kitchen to cook. Upon arrival the reception didn't have our names and they called the host. They were on speakerphone and the gentleman said that our room is on 18 floor and suite A is main  bedroom with living room and kitchen. When the receptionist pulled paperwork she  saw another name assigned to that room and when she called back the guy said that they got overbooked and he told her to give us another room which was on the 3rd floor and with letter B which means that it is only a room with 2 beds. We said that this is not what we booked and the host guy was very rude and said if we don't like it we can go but he won't return us money back. We booked another room which was a real 1 bedroom as in pictures with another host.
