At checkin they raved about the meal plan offered in the lounge on the 8th floor. I bought it for $125.... the worst I've ever had Not Ritz Carlton quality or style. They refunded my charge but it made a terrible first impression of this hotel. They add on a resort fee $50 in addition to the $499 room rate I asked what it is for. They said beach chairs and internet. I said I didn't use either so I don't want to pay that. They said it is not optional........ ok then why isn't it built into the room rate? Deceptive ! I moved to the Four Seasons up the street for the next night. Much better experience

Everything was as expected for a hotel in this price-category. From the room to the food to the whole experience. Really worth paying the extra money, although we spend only 1 night, wishing we stayed longer there. The food the took was delicious (dining and breakfast)

The room was near perfect, except that when I book a room with this price-tag for 3 persons, I could be offered a 2 bed room and not one sofa-bed.

The staff is amazing.Very attentive to the guest needs. And they remember who you are. Maggie is so genuine,Scott so personable and Richard they both never forget who you are and always remember your favorite drink. Maurizio always keeps my favorite rum on hand and he so pleasant to talk to. All the valet guys and bellmen are amazing. I cant stop bragging about the staff to my friends. Now they want to come.

The beach attendant not very nice and ignores you when you walk up for chair services. He doesn't seem to enjoy his job.

I had breakfast at the Club level, which was great. Grace and Carlton in the Club Level are exceptional.

I didn't like the pillows at all. They were all flat. It would be nice to have a variety to choose from. The decor of the hotel is very mediocre compared to other Rit'z Carlton locations.

The customer service was excellent especially Chris our morning server. he was thorough with the menu and how it was prepared very accommodating. Chris Set us up for dinner as well. He was from Buffalo as well close to Rochester. He was very informative about the area and suggestions.

The exercise room had limited machines but it was still sufficient. I wish the would keep the water out throughout the day with the fruit. It was put up after the am and the bottled water as well by the elevators.

Clean friendly. But the next door guests were so noisy we were woken up at 6:30 am with their loud talking and TV.

Next door guests so noisy and it was freezing so couldn’t enjoy beach or pool and it was why we went to Ft. Lauderdale. It rained too so couldn’t walk around.

We had an incredible experience!!! The staff was in general very attentive and nice. The man that received us the very first day was incredible nice (I forgot his name, sorry). Concierges where really helpful!!! Veronica from the front desk was also very nice.

The only thing I could think of is this: One day at lunch, (It was the 09/11/2021) the waiter of the restaurant was never available. We had to call him many times to gain his attention at all, and to get what we wanted.

The room was extremely spacious with great amenities including a good sized balcony with excellent views over the sea. It was modern, cool and very comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful without being overly fussy and obsequious which can be a thing in The States. Complimentary coffee available first thing in the morning is a nice touch and the restaurant and patio served good food and drinks , again with view over the ocean and great service. A proper 5 star hotel but without appearing to try too hard which is always the real acid test with hotels at this level.

The property was great! great stay great location!

And extras you get! Wayyyyyy disgustingly over price. Over $600.00 a night and you still have to charge over $4.00 for a small bag of chips! That’s crazy
