The hotel was clean & beautifully designed for an era that deserves to be remembered & celebrated. The rooms are big & tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice & even the employees in the restaurants on site were sweet. I was overcharged for my stay & the manager on duty assured the young lady checking me out that my bank account would be credited the overcharges as soon as everything went thru & it was takin care of. The park across the street from the hotel is perfect for strolling around & laying in the grass enjoying a good book.

I did not like the $14.99 per night last minute charge Resort fee which I was actually charged twice for; although in the end it all was figured out during checkout. The fridgerators in the rooms, though cute & decorative, were not good for keeping more than a few bottles of water cold...they are very small. The rooms also did not have microwaves in them but there were two downstairs in the lobby you could use...again cute but not easily functional. Again this Hotel is very nice & back in it's glory days it was a Golf Resort but to call it a Resort now & charge extra for that is a little ridiculous.

The location was convenient. Close to shopping and dining. Loved the nostalgic pieces. Hotel is updated. Lots of storage drawers under beds. Nice balcony views. The outdoor area is great with activities, tiki bar, grilling area and pool.

I didn't like that no microwave was in the bedroom. There's no longer free continental breakfast. Now there's a paid restaurant on site.

If you’re planning a vacation or business trip, this is the correct place to book a peaceful, adventurous, wonderful clean & awesome place. Feels like being in paradise without actually being in it. Staff makes you feel very welcomed as if it were your home without it being a home. If you’re bored in your room and need some action, there’s a pool, restaurant, bar & lots of other fun activities such as tennis, parks & spas. I didn’t get to use everything they provided but next time I will. Rooms are extremely neat, well decorated, couldn’t have had asked for a better stay! The guests are very kind, and considered of others. Fast WiFi if you work online, humongous television ….. couldn’t have have asked for a better booking! Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks for accommodating me and making my stay pleasurable. 10 stars recommended, better than the Hilton and more pleasant than the Double tree ! CHECK IT OUT ! Aroma is also splendid , cool lobby waiting area … and the views are gorgeous :)

I was looking for a quick good deal nearby as my plans had unexpectedly changed. I checked in around 9pm, and then had an early morning flight, so I didn't get an opportunity to walk around the property. I really loved the eclectic style of Chateau Mar Golf Resort. The little blue mini fridge in my room was adorable and the chairs in the lobby were super comfy. The staff member who checked me in was so sweet and kind, especially since I chatted her ear off while she was checking me in. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The atmosphere was stunning. The breakfast ending up being good. It was vegetarian only. Booking.com made it seem like we would have more options. The sweet girl making EVERYONE's breakfast did a great job even though she was the server, cook and cashier.

I wanted to purchase a bottle of water and was unable to charge to my room. I had cash on me and that was not accepted. I was also told I would be in a balcony room. My room had a window which was VERY HARD to lock that went out to an awning where it was evident people were hanging out.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are spaciuos, the front desk provides excellence in customer service, and the event venue is well maintained.

We did not appreciate the two mini shared microwaves located in the lobby. Better to provide customers with quality over esthetics. We spent 20 minutes warming up a plate of food that would only take 5 minutes heating in a standard microwave. They are servicing an entire building with 2 college dorm sized microwaves. Unless there are others located in the building, we were not advised.

The view was beautiful,, the pool was warm! The cabanas were nice it add the resort atmosphere.

I didn’t like that the microwave was all the way down on the 1st floor because I was all the way on the 8th floor… I wanted my popcorn 🍿 and relax with my babe and not have to go all the way down stairs…. I feel like either put a microwave on every floor or every other floor. Pool bar needs to stay open !!! We had a king size bed but the pillows were very small.. Need body mirrors on every floor for picture opportunities. Complementary Bath Robes since it’s a resort.

The location,it was comvenient why we went to lauderhill.

There’s no microwave in the room,we have to go downstairs any time we want to use one and there’s only 2 in the lobby. I had to call the front desk to request cleaning but as per the note they left i was suppose to get the cleaning everyday but i called after the 3rd to have clean towels and request cleaning.We paid resort fee but we couldn’t even use the pool.

Dana is amazing! Kind, quick and very knowledgeable about the area! She made me want to come back again with her hospitality. I had a lot of questions on getting around and things to do and she always answered everything with a smile. My child also has autism and I asked for an accommodation which she was able to provide and arrange and we are so grateful. We loved the decor and location!

My wife and I were looking for a stay close to the hospital, and this was only 5 min away. On top of that, it was the cheapest price of any nearby hotel with a MUCH nicer accommodation.

There wasn't anything that we "didn't like" per se. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was upon check-in there were no washcloths. We made a request at the front desk and were promptly accommodated.
