The room was clean and generally comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel an hour after the check-in time, but still had to wait 30 minutes at the reception because the rooms were not ready. The hotel appeared older than expected, and the separate parking fee was an unpleasant surprise, as it was not mentioned in the reservation. The location was also not easy to find, and the parking instructions were unclear. Moreover, the staff was not as polite and helpful as expected, and we felt that our treatment was less welcoming when they realized we were international guests who booked through Booking.com.

Clean room with everything read and no need to call for any assistance. Beautiful property, easy parking, Very clean dining areas and lobby. The front desk receptionist ( Carissa, I believe) was super friendly and helped me with some charges that I thought were extra, all the front desk employees are amazing.

Just wish the pool was skimmed and filtered out more. Saw some cups and lots of leaves and rusty areas on the walls. Jacuzzi makes a lot of noise and no actual jets. I would say pool and spa need a tune up. But it was still ok for swimming

We received fantastic service all around from the wonderful team at the Sheraton.........from our check-in to our departure............Monica made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, Caroline, Franklin looking after our car parking, Bob F&B manager/Chef and his team // Rick, Erika, Jasmin, Kay, including Tom the hotel GM. There are lots of restaurants, shops/services in the immediate vicinity.

I thought the price was reasonable for the nights stayed as well as what the Location offered such as a walkable area for food and relaxation

The pool on the ninth floor is closed for weeks due to Routine repairs, and there were a couple of things like the wallpaper and the towel hanger was falling out from the drywall. Trash bags weren’t provided daily however, I did not ask for them.

The rooms are spacious and clean, really nice for families, everything is near by like Publix, Walmart and many restaurants to choose from in the area, its like a West downtown area instead of East also the malls are close as well Sawgrass Mall and Broward Mall.

They charge you for overnight parking, no complimentary breakfast and there is a damage deposit (Booking.com doesn't give this info you have to call and ask)

Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool & gym. We got to experience the Friday evening on the plantation walk and saw what the vendor had on displayed. We also enjoyed the Halloween activities. Room comfortable, staff at front desk very accommodating. Starbucks to die for. The bathroom water was just so refreshing. Look forward to our trip in the very near future. Cigar bar on the corner was also a great touch.

I can’t really put my hands on something I didn’t like

The room was a good size. We had a King Suite. It was clean and well organized. The king bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room (A/C, microwave, coffee maker, etc etc). Housekeeping was up to standard. The shower was powerful and hot when required. The front desk staff were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was typical of a Florida hotel - not much variety, but the staff in the breakfast room made up for that with their very warm and helpful attitude. Great hotel

The stay was fine the only concern was that there was mold in the breakfast pastry they had which was crazy. The bathroom shower had mold in it. The pictures online and what you see in person is misleading. They need updated pictures. The sliding door for the bedroom didn’t work either. Overall, the stay was ok but I wouldn’t return, the only good thing is the stay was great.

We only stayed 1 night but it was a very good experience. The location was very nice, seems very secured and there are restaurants nearby. The rooms were very huge at that price. The bathrooms could be another room very spacious. The place was very clean and it made up for the outdated hotel rooms.

The responsiveness of the hotel staff as far as messages sent to them.

I paid 40 extra per night for “breakfast included” and it was a total scam. breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED. they give you a $30 coupon that OF COURSE doesn’t cover a buffet breakfast as offered in the rate. they don’t even let you know this at the time of check in, you just have to find out at the time you are charged during breakfast. if the hotel allows apps to offer its suites and services, then the hotel should assure meeting the conditions
