The rooms were very spacious, lots of room. Very beautiful hotel smells amazing, when you walk in the door. Nice facilities only downfall is there are alot of big old oak trees surrounding property, lots of leaves in the pool. Very nice stay My husband was able to retrieve most leaves from pool. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed it. Breakfast was good,always stocked lots for everyone to choose from. Scrambled eggs, hardboiled, bacon one day sausage next, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes french toast and waffles, on rotation we stayed 3 nights so we had everything. very delicious coffee. and some restaurants nearby. we would definitely stay again. All the Staff was so nice and polite.

Not much to complain about except there are alot of oak trees so there was lots of leaves in the pool. It didn't bother me or my husband but it did my 8 year old daughter who thought they were bugs. LOL but i assured her they were just leaves my husband removed most of them then she had an amazing time.

The staff not just some staff but all of the staff I encountered were excellent. The breakfast was the best including eggs, pancakes, orange juice, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and more... The linens and the towels were super clean. The amenities were amazing. Walking distance to The Broward Mall to do clothes shopping and to my surprise I got a massage and some chiropractic service as they were set up in the mall. Also, it was steps away from a lecture I attended only a short bus ride. As the local bus service was only steps away from the facility. Amazing large TV screen to watch movies too.!

The room was not super clean. The corners in the shower and the surfaces and the carpet was not in clean shape. I didn't go in the pool for fear it may not be clean enough after having one quick look. It didn't have that inviting feeling you would have hoped for. Better to be safe I thought. It takes a lot to maintain a pool. Not easy.

I love the spaciousness of the room and the extra living area. I had a little area for everything I needed to do. I love having a window with a view to see the beautiful animals in the landscape. It was perfectly located for the purpose

I did not get a microwave or a safe, as was included in my previous room. It posed a little inconvenience, specifically the lack of a Safe, but everything else was exceptional.

The room set up was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants (J Alexander’s restaurant was on the same property as the hotel), and to see family. Front desk staff, especially the ladies were just lovely. Seeing them every morning made our day. Kudos to them

The bathroom is a little tight. The basin situation was a little tricky, as the faucet was not long enough. So there was always water spilling when washing your hands. Breakfast wasn’t very good but there is an Einstein bagel shop on the premises.

Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. There hotel on the whole was quite nice. Breakfast was excellent. A nice selection of grains wand cereals, bread and fruit complemented the eggs and bacon or sausage options. Coffee could be stronger.

We were on the 6th floor and had very little sound interruptions from the corridor but would hear horns and sirens from the street and off ramp. The last Hyatt we stayed at had the expresso coffee makers on the room, not having them was a significant emotional event.

Excellent quality of service from the staff in general but especially from Rita. My family and I are very grateful to Rita for her kindness and attention. In general, the hotel is an excellent option for families. The location, cleanliness and variety of breakfast make it an excellent option for the price.

The only point for improvement is the number of towels that were available but when I required them they provided them to me without delay.

Plentiful free parking that was beautifully landscaped. Front desk staff were very helpful on day shift, especially Vensky and Rita. This trip was due to hurricane evacuation and they took all the stress of changing reservations away!! Very reasonable pet fee. Excellent and plentiful breakfast!!

Exceptionally well located, good breakfast and very clean. The lady receptionist was simply wonderful. All the employees make their best to have a comfortable staying.

I just feel as if the deposit held is a bit to much..plus it takes a while for our banking institution to put it back in our account.can we try something smaller and simpler..maybe hold easy deposit and upon checking out the customer get it back in hand.

The staff was amazing. Always so polite. The breakfast options were great, different each day. The room was clean but we did need to ask to have our room cleaned.

We stayed in room 520 and all of our chargers kept falling out of the wall.
