Clean, Modern, Free Wifi.

The staff didnt inform me about the services of the hotel. The water pressure in my room 732 was TERRIBLE. I could’ve took a better shower with a water gun or stepping outside in a thunder storm. 😞

I got impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The housekeeping staff put in great effort to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The furnishings were up to par, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. The hotel staff also deserves commendation for their professionalism and friendliness. They were always willing to help, be it with recommendations or addressing any concerns. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service, this is a great choice.

The one downside to this otherwise excellent establishment is its location. There is nothing interesting in the area that I noticed. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time traveling to and from your destinations.

Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were willing to help e.g omelettes made fresh. There was a minimal hit buffet, cold meats, fruits etc. All very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating in particular Annalise, very lovely lady.

A bell hop, Annalise was kind enough to arrange something to move the luggage in the morning when we checked out. Walls quite thin, could hear people in the next room!

Noisy! My neighbors were very loud and my room was across from the elevators so I heard everybody waiting to get on/off the elevator. The hotel was still nice that's why I gave it a wonderful.

I liked the location and the area was quiet. The hotel and the room was clean and the customer service was great. Kendra at the front desk was very helpful - she was pleasant and very welcoming.

Not many choices at the breakfast buffet. The food tasted good, however, we had to wait almost ten minutes for a refill at the eggs and pancakes station.

I really like everything about my stay. The check-in staff is friendly, helpful, and fast. The lobby itself already impressed me with its beautiful aesthetic and warm vibe. The room was a good size. I appreciate the spacious shower and the comfortable bed. I have a sensitive nose so if a room smell musky I would detect it right away - our room is musk-free, it smells clean and the temperature is just right. We did not use the amenities and sleep (so well!) past the breakfast time lol so I do not have any review on that.

The elevator is a bit dingy but not so bad.

Everything was nice and comfortable I only have two complaints and there not really complaints lol. I just wished the heater could go over 72 because we were freezing. I also wished for a microwave in the room but I know most hotels don’t do that but everything was pretty nice

Very modern hotel with free parking, free Wi-Fi and nice pool. We had a spacious room with a very comfy king bed. Everything was clean and the bathroom was very nice, too. The staff was friendly and we had a great stay there. The breakfast was VERY good.

Admittedly a bit weird to pay an extra service charge for a buffet breakfast and at 22.50$ per person (excluding the service charge) not exactly a steal. But still worth it due to the fresh fruit, bagels, pancakes etc.

We were pleasantly happy with the service and the food at the breakfast. The location for us was perfect. We had been there last year and again this year both times for family weddings. We are very familiar with plantation. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding.
