Hotel and the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was great for me.

I stayed 2 nights and each night the elevator didnt work.. The refrigerator didnt work and no one available to check it out; thetefore was moved to different room on a different floor, which was not easy with the elevator out of service.. Would not be my first choice if needed to stay again.

I like the fact that you can get on the highway right away. My room was all right, not fully clean. I met the Assistant Manager, Elson; he is a professional gentleman, as well as a few of the cleaning crew who helped point out a few things about cleaning. I like the location. It is perfect to navigate back and forth to any place that you need to get to.

I wouldn't say I liked the elevator; it needs to be cleaned regularly because of the smell of dogs' vomits, amongst other fragrances, which I preferred not to describe since it is the main transport to the rooms. They don’t have a utility elevator.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

Basic utencils could have been placed in the room. Towels and bedding could have been changed after P three days.

It's locatation was central all the places that we had visit on the trip . The staff were always attentive to your concerns and request.

Too many guests with dogs . The elevator was out of service for about five days and our room was located on the third floor so it was alot of stair climbing.

I liked the cleanness, it was a quiet area, friendly people, and good communication.

I didn't like that in the room there was no hairdryer, no smoothing iron, smoothing iron table, and there was no electric kettle. You had to go to the receptionist for the items and they said that they currently didn't have those items.

Everything the staff was very friendly, professional, the location was great not far from my job,. The rooms are huge & very clean. The price was very affordable for the length of time we were there. I would definitely go back & recommend this hotel to anyone

Bed was comfortable but it kept moving, house keeping opened the door at 10 am and checkout was 11am . The room smelled like dog. They take a lot of guess with dogs .I think they should have special rooms for them. trees

Front Desk always a pleasure. They know me and always do their best to accommodate me

Bugs in room crawling on my feet at 2am, sent email nothing done, duct tape on the shower floor, elevator broken for several weeks.

room was clean, kitchen works good, close from work, and the guy on front desk was pretty helpful and respectful.

beds are too hard, not very comfortable, there was a fork at the shower lol. guess not very clean after all. elevator didn’t work well, only one for everyone and hallways were dirty with trash. guess Parkin lot was not the best. but it was kind of cheap so, you get what you pay for.

Very nice place close to a lot of stuff as well .

The elevator out of service but it gets fixed the next morning.
