The room was big.. the view from my window .. the space. I have space to receive someone who came to visit me . Every day they come to clean the room

I didn't know if I can use the pool . And next time I would like to have a microwave and a cooler in the room if this possible. If possible that a little sheet can be available in the room so client can know what to do and when

I liked that it was close to different stores, they were walking distance which is rare in the area, also I liked the size and confort of the room.

It smell a bit like cigarretes, but I didn't mind. I think the smell was stuck in the carpet.

I really liked how clean it was , and also the pool area was really nice , staff was friendly, and I slept great no loud noise or people around, house keeper was friendly and helpful

I really didn't like how the parking is set up, it's so far away from the rooms , also try not to bring too much luggage because they have no elevator we had to make 2 trips it was horrible because our room was all the way in the back

The $100 dollar deposit has not been put back in my account. $$ came out pretty quick but not returned although desk staff said shortly, yesterday @ 10am NYE...Now, 315pm New Year's Day.

We always like staying here. Beautiful old place very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, no frills.

Our toilet was slow to flush, then not flushing-- but they came right away and fixed it. And the person who checked us in this last time was a bit confused. We could have used an extra blanket in the room too.

We had to book last minute & Grand Palms was the perfect place. We had 12 people in our party & it was very affordable as well as pleasant grounds & clean fresh rooms. We will be back😁

We've stayed here many times-- a somewhat 'faded glory' kind of beauty to the place, everything clean and comfortable, and the staff always kind and helpful. Good price, too. We'll stay there any time we're in the area.

room was clean but needed some up-grade. No breakfast at this location. the property needs up-graded. Bar area looks like storage area. Staff pleasant though. We were there for a memorial service and just stayed one night. Not sure we would have stayed any longer for the condition of everything .

The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. They were swift to help and couldn't do enough to address any questions and requests for assistance. Outstanding.

Could do with a kettle and some water glasses and crockery for coffee and tea. A decent TV in the living room area would make a big improvement.

The location of the hotel is comfortable. The room was clean and REALLY no-smoking. COTTON cover for bed was a pleasant surprise. Good quality/price ratio.

No towel holder near the sink. No tea.
